Somatic Reset for Anxiety is a gentle 3-part journey designed to support the body in releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and returning to a natural state of inner balance. Rather than trying to fix or control anxiety, this course invites a softer approach — one of listening, allowing, and reconnecting with the intelligence of the body. Through simple, accessible practices, you will be guided to: - Settle awareness into the body - Deepen and regulate the breath - Release held tension and contraction - Restore a sense of inner safety and grounding • Gently reset the nervous system Each session offers a different doorway into this reset: — Track 1: Grounding through body awareness — Track 2: Calming through breath and gentle regulation — Track 3: Integration through sound, vibration, and inner resonance These practices work holistically — supporting both the physical and subtle body — allowing the mind to naturally quiet as the body comes back into balance. This is not about effort or achieving a particular state. It is an invitation to return… to what is already here. You may use these sessions individually, or as a progressive journey, returning to them whenever anxiety arises or when you feel the need to reconnect and reset.


Meet your Teacher

Pratika Sahayak shares meditation and somatic-based practices that support a gentle return to balance, calm, and inner stillness. His approach is rooted in lived experience, years of inner exploration, teaching and a contemplative path that includes monastic life — with a deep understanding that the body holds an innate intelligence for healing when given the space to soften and be heard. Rather than focusing on fixing or changing what is present, his guidance invites a more allowing and compassionate awareness… where the nervous system can naturally regulate and restore. This course is an expression of that approach — simple, accessible, practical and grounded in direct experience.

Lesson 1

Arriving In The Body

In this first lesson, you are invited into a gentle return to the body. There is nothing you need to do… nothing is being asked of you. This meditation offers a quiet space to settle — allowing the body to soften, to calm, and to begin finding its natural center. Through simple awareness and the rhythm of the breath, the nervous system is gently supported to regulate and relax. You are guided to reconnect with the body in an easy and accessible way… noticing what is here, just as it is, in the present moment. You may simply listen and receive… or follow the gentle guidance as the meditation unfolds. In this space, the body can begin to recognize its own natural rhythm… and return to a deeper sense of steadiness and ease.

Lesson 2

Breathing Into Balance

Lesson 2 — Calming Through the Breath In this second lesson, the attention gently deepens into the breath. There is still nothing you need to force… nothing to control. The breath is simply allowed to be as it is… while you begin to notice its natural rhythm… its movement within the body. Through soft awareness and gentle guidance, the breath becomes a supportive anchor — helping to calm the mind, ease tension, and regulate the nervous system. You are invited to feel the breath… as it flows in… and out… allowing each exhale to soften the body just a little more. There is no need to change anything… only to notice… and allow. As the breath and body begin to move together… a quiet sense of balance can emerge — steady, natural, and unforced. You may simply listen and receive… or follow along in your own way.

Lesson 3

Resonance Within

In this final lesson, the invitation is to move even more deeply within… into the subtle experience of the body. Building on the awareness of body and breath, you are gently introduced to sound… using soft humming as a way to feel the body from the inside. There is nothing to perform… nothing to get right. The sound is simple… natural… allowed to arise and move in its own way. As the vibration travels through the body, it can help to release deeper layers of tension… while supporting the nervous system to settle and restore. You are invited to feel the resonance… noticing where it moves… where it is received… and how the body responds. Breath, body, and sound begin to come together as one felt experience… creating a sense of connection, softness, and inner coherence. You may simply listen… or gently explore the practice in your own time. This is a space of integration… where the body can rest… reset… and return to its natural state of balance and ease.
