Can Pain Exist Without Suffering? Pain is a natural part of being human. It comes and goes through the body and mind as life unfolds. But suffering often begins when thought resists what is already here, wishing experience were different or trying to escape what cannot be avoided. In this contemplative exploration, Pratika gently invites one to look beyond habit and belief, discovering the subtle difference between pain itself and the story the mind creates around it. Through direct observation, it becomes possible to meet experience with greater openness, compassion and peace. Perhaps pain is inevitable... but suffering need not be. A gentle invitation into presence, acceptance and the freedom that is discovered when life is allowed to be exactly as it is.
