Everyone

This contemplative meditation (audio) offers a clear and grounded exploration into the sense of being a separate person. Through gentle inquiry and direct recognition, listeners are invited to notice thoughts, roles, and identity as experiences arising within awareness rather than fixed truths. Without philosophy or pressure, the meditation encourages a relaxed seeing — discovering the quiet presence that exists before labels, stories, or self-definitions appear. Ideal for those drawn to non-dual reflection, open awareness, and simple, spacious contemplation. This track supports clarity, emotional ease, and a deeper sense of natural wholeness through direct experiential noticing rather than guided imagery or music.

Transcript

A short contemplative reflection by Pratikha.

Take a moment to settle.

There is nothing to do here.

As long as you believe,

You are a person.

As long as you believe,

You are a person in the world,

You are subject to cause and effect,

Doubt and uncertainty,

Expectation and the ideas of being born and of dying.

But when the person is recognised as a temporary thought,

Appearing within inseparable awareness,

The unmoving background to all perceiving and points of view,

A great sense of relief,

Lightness and openness is felt.

The world continues,

The body-mind remains active,

Experiences happen,

Emotions are felt,

People and objects come and go.

Life unfolds,

Yet no separate individual self is found within it,

For what is now recognised with wisdom-seeing is one's eternal presence,

The one spacious beingness of being.

Now rest in what timelessly is.
