Welcome.
To this beautiful world.
Meditation.
You are right here.
And that is enough.
So let's begin.
Take a deep breath in.
And slowly let it out Feel the air pass through your nose,
Down your throat,
Into your chest.
And belly.
Again,
A deep inhale all the way in.
And exhaling One more time,
Inhale fully.
Exhale softly.
That's right.
Now place your hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Let them anchor you.
Let your body know.
That you are safe.
You have arrived here because something feels a little too much Overwhelmed doesn't mean that you're weak.
It means your system has taken on more than it can carry right now.
So let's ask gently.
What is there too much?
What thoughts are swirling?
What weight are you trying to hold all alone?
Just name it softly in your mind.
No judgment,
No fixing.
Just naming.
Gives your nervous system relief.
Let's come back to the body now.
So wiggle your fingers and toes and just notice where your body is touching the surface beneath you.
Feel your seat the spine.
Your feet.
Imagine the earth underneath you.
Vast,
Solid,
Ancient.
And let her hold what you can't.
Say in your mind.
Earth.
I give you this pressure.
I give you this happiness.
Place.
Hold it from me.
Read.
And allow your body to drop 10% more into the earth.
With air free exhalation.
That's right.
And now I invite you to picture the part of you that feels overwhelmed.
They may look like you at a younger age.
Or like a version of you today.
What are they feeling?
What are they afraid of?
Don't fix anything,
Just witness.
And now.
.
.
In your mind's eye,
Go and sit beside them.
Place a hand on their shoulder if it's okay.
Or give them a gentle hug.
Say softly in your heart.
I see you.
And I know it's a lot.
And you don't have to hold this alone anymore.
I'm here now.
Stay with them for a few breaths Let the nervous system settle.
In the presence of compassion.
Beautiful.
The overwhelm often comes from a thought loop.
I can't do this.
I have to fix everything.
I'm falling behind.
I'm not safe.
So let's rewire that now.
Repeat slowly after me in your mind or out loud.
I don't need all the answers right now.
It's okay to pause.
I'm allowed to be human.
I trust in what I need.
Welcome.
One breath at a time.
I return to my power.
Gently.
Softly.
Safely.
Breathe it in to your body.
Come back to your breath.
Notice if your body has softened.
Even just 5% healing.
Overwhelm is not something to fight,
It's something to hold.
Meet,
And melt.
From here,
Clarity returns.
From here.
You remember you were never meant to carry it all alone.
You are the safety you seek.
And you can begin again.
Anytime.
Let's take a final breath all the way in,
Inhaling peace and relaxation and exhaling pressure,
Tension and worries Allow this to settle into your soul,
Into your body,
Into your nervous system and your heart Thank you for showing up for yourself.
You're doing so,
So well.
