Explore MeditationAllison's journey into meditation began in 2009, during a time of profound personal loss. After the passing of her father, she found herself searching for deeper meaning — within her life and within herself. It was during this period of reflection that she was introduced to The Power of Now, a book that awakened something within her and set her on a path toward presence and healing. Around the same time, a synchronistic encounter led her to a meditation program. That experience marked the beginning of her spiritual path and ignited a deep love for the practice of meditation. In 2013, Allison became a certified meditation instructor through the Chopra Center, specifically studying Primordial Sound Meditation. Meditation became more than a practice — it became a lifeline. It supported her through grief, opened her heart, and helped her reconnect to her true self. Today, she shares this work to guide others back to their own inner stillness, offering a grounded, heart-centered approach to presence, healing, and transformation.
