Let's take a moment to settle in.
Find a comfortable position whether sitting or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
Let your hands rest naturally.
Take a slow deep breath in for four counts.
Hold for two counts.
Exhale slowly for six counts.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your jaw unclench.
Feel your body begin to relax.
Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a serene beach.
The sun is warm on your skin wrapping you in a gentle embrace.
The sand beneath your feet is soft and grounding.
You hear the sound of the waves gently meeting the shore.
A soothing lullaby from the ocean itself.
You feel completely safe here,
Calm,
Present.
This is your sacred place.
You begin to walk slowly toward the water.
The cool sea breeze dances across your skin,
Refreshing and light.
As you step into the ocean,
The water is cold but invigorating.
It awakens every part of you.
Each droplet washes away heaviness,
Stress,
And fatigue.
You are being renewed,
Cleansed,
And recharged.
As you swim farther,
You notice a dolphin nearby,
Playful and kind,
Radiating joy.
He looks into your eyes with knowing and compassion.
You feel an instant connection.
With grace,
The dolphin invites you to hold on.
You gently climb on his back and together you glide through the sparkling sea.
The sun shines down,
Pouring golden light into your body,
Into your soul.
With every moment through the water,
You feel freer,
Lighter,
More connected to yourself and to something greater.
The ocean,
The sun,
The dolphin,
The moment,
It is all part of your healing.
And now,
As you float peacefully in the water,
Bathed in sunlight,
Supported by the sea,
You begin to turn inward.
Let your mind settle on the ancient mantra,
SO HUM.
Breathe in deeply as you silently say,
SO.
Exhale slowly as you silently say,
HUM.
Let the sound and meaning ripple gently through you.
I am that.
I am one with all that is.
No effort,
Just ease.
Continue breathing in SO and out HUM.
Allow the rhythm of your breath to carry you deeper into stillness.
Now slowly begin to return to the shore in your mind.
Feel the dolphin's gratitude and love as he gently swims away.
You walk back to the beach carrying the energy of the sea,
The light of the sun,
And the deep stillness of SO HUM within you.
Take one more deep breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Begin to bring awareness back into your body,
And when it feels right,
Gently open your eyes.
Refreshed,
Renewed,
And whole.
