So into meditating,

Make your body all kinds of cush and comfy.

You could be sitting down or lying down.

If you wear glasses,

Take them off.

Make sure you have nothing crossed.

Hands open.

Some of you have become very comfortable in having three fingers together,

So that's an available option.

But not crossed.

Uncross ankles or legs or arms.

Remember to include,

Include in the world of all is and what is,

Is all.

The siren that goes by,

The wish of cars driving by,

The sound of neighbors,

Kids squealing on bikes,

Dogs barking,

The washing machine,

The lawn getting mowed.

It's all one.

Just allow all of it.

Allowing all of it brings forward how quickly moments go beat by beat.

Noticing this,

Noticing that.

Feeling this,

Feeling that one moment at a time.

That includes thoughts that occur.

Thoughts will happen and thoughts have a very strong pull to bringing forward the illusion of an I and a you and an us and a them and a good and a bad and separating.

As long as separation is in our midst,

It will self perpetuate.

So simply notice when thought happens.

And allow that to pass to simply including,

Including,

Including.

It is but a moment.

And moments come and moments go and another moment is here.

And another now is here.

So that all time is here.

All here is now.

And the experience of experiencing can only be that which it is.

All here.

All now.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes,

Please do.

Breathing in deeply.

And breathing out deeply.

Taking another deep breath in as air fills your body.

And letting a deep breath out as everything is detoxed from your body.

Recognizing that what you have held as a you and your body no longer is you and is not possessed.

It just is.

Lots of air into body.

Lots of air out of body.

Brought in with conscious breathing.

Expelled with conscious breathing.

Allowing all sounds to be included.

Allowing all feelings to be included.

Simply surrendering to what is as what is.

Noticing what feelings there are.

And that it's just another feeling.

Noticing what thoughts there are.

And that it's just another thought.

Noticing what sensations there are.

And it's just another clump of sensations.

That it comes and it goes.

And there is no I.

And there is no my.

And there is no you.

And there is no your.

And focus on your breath that is not your breath,

But is breath itself.

With breath itself,

Breathing its own self into you as deeply as it can go.

And breath itself releasing breath's own self as deeply as it can go.

Allowing,

Surrendering,

The conscious act of letting go.

Surrender into breath.

So that breathing consciously and unconsciously is breathing its own self.

Breath,

Breathing,

Breath.

And breath slowing its breathing down.

And as that happens,

Heart beats.

Heart is beating.

And as that happens,

The feeling of being inside skin alters.

And feeling beyond skin is present.

Expand feeling being as far as you can.

Out,

Up,

Down,

In front,

Behind,

Underneath.

Expand more than that in all directions.

All at the same time.

Recognizing that containment is an illusion.

And feeling not only can be,

But is everywhere or anywhere at any given moment in time.

At all given moments in time.

And simply let expansion outside and beyond the skin of that body continue.

Further than that,

How can you go beyond the edges of the universe?

Breathing,

Beating heart,

Expanding experience of being.

Appreciating,

Experiencing gratitude,

And so much love.

Feeling this peace.

Awareness of that fleeting moment.

Joy and awareness.

Appreciating the quiet.

Breathing.

Heart beating.

Tingling skin as expansion of being continues.

In the world of the practical,

Bringing being into contraction closer to the skin.

Bring all of that being in closer.

It's not getting rid of it.

It's kind of condensing it.

Take a super deep breath in and hold that breath.

And let that go.

Breathing in deeply once more.

Sniff in just a little bit more air and hold that.

And let all that go.

And gently open your eyes as if they were yours,

Recognizing those aren't even mine.

They're just eyes and it's really eyelids,

Lifting eyelids,

Eyelids blinking.

And find how funny all of this is.

That we think there's a we,

That there's an I or a my or a you or a your.

It's hilarious.

So I'm sending you into your life and me into mine.

The homework is,

Notice when I wants to say I or we or me or you or them or us or he or she.

And take the time to find in this different and new way of speaking how to say what is.

And enjoy the power and the freedom and the unmitigated expansiveness of what comes with that.

Love is,

Blessing is.
