Consciously Creating

In this world, we are always creating. We tend to accept creating what we like, but avoid that same ownership of things we don't care for so much. We choose what creation we give life to. This meditation gives access to an appreciation for this wonderful gift of creation.

So please close your eyes.

If you wear glasses take them off.

If anything is crossed,

Arms,

Ankles,

Anything,

Fingers interlaced,

Please open everything up.

Make sure your body is located in a way that you are fully supported and have literally zero attention on your body.

If your feet are flat on the floor it's recommended that you pull your feet just a wee bit apart so your knees fall in a little bit so that there's no effort in holding your legs up.

Other than that I don't think it matters how your body is,

Palms up,

Palms down,

Fingers together,

Whatever is comfortable for you.

Make sure your body is fully supported,

Your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

The small of your back,

Your hips,

Your knees,

Whatever you need to have you fully supported.

Just make sure that you are completely and fully supported.

Remember to include and include and include.

Children will do what children do and dogs will bark,

Sirens will happen,

Leaves will fall,

Showers will turn on and off,

Sounds from the house will be house sounds whether they're creaks or moans or quanks.

Just include and include and include.

Part of including is you will have a thought here and there,

Stray thoughts that come in.

Include those.

There's really nothing to resist.

All of it is part of all of it.

Everything that happens is part of the all.

Like it,

Don't like it,

Accept it,

Reject it,

Condemn it,

Condone it.

You and I get to consciously choose which or what aspects of the all that is that we do,

That we say,

That we promote,

That we propagate,

That we continue as a consciousness.

And whatever it is that we say or we do,

You,

I,

It is always a creation.

Take a deep breath in from everywhere,

Omnidirectional breathing,

Breathing pure white light in from above you,

Below you,

In front of you,

Behind you,

Through your sides,

Through your roundness,

Nooks and crannies,

Indentations and creases.

Hold that pure white light breath in your body.

Locate anything in you of any upset or concern,

Anything you just wish for another way.

Gently place whatever that is into the pure white light.

Sniff in just a wee bit more pure white light air from everywhere.

Hold that.

And now exhale out everywhere as fully as you can all of that.

Just let all of that go.

And again,

Please breathe pure white light air in from everywhere.

It's like breathing in the sunlight from everywhere through every single morsel of yourself.

Top,

Bottom,

Sides,

Front and back,

Through everything that you are,

Filling everything you are with pure white light mentally,

Emotionally,

Physically,

Spiritually,

Ethereally,

In wonder.

Locate anything in you that is not pure white light.

Place whatever that is into the pure white light,

Gently cradling it.

Sniff in just a little bit more pure white light.

Hold that.

Exhale in every direction.

It'll come out every which way.

Lines of pure white light having curved and bent and sharp angles and gone straight through and sometimes out the same way it came in.

All good.

It happens that way.

And then one more time.

Pure white light.

Breathe that in from everywhere through every single piece of you.

Top,

Bottom,

Sides,

Front and back,

Through every crease,

Every nook,

Every cranny,

Every indentation,

All of your roundness.

Breathing it in,

Filling you with pure white light.

See if there are any last remnants of anything that is not of that pure white light.

Gently wrapping whatever that is with pure white light.

Sniff in just a wee bit more from everywhere.

And just let all of that go.

Breathing out,

Letting that go everywhere,

Every which way.

And now just breathe.

Gently breathing in fully,

Gently breathing out fully.

Pure white light in and pure white light out,

Pure white light out and pure white light in.

Breath is a circle.

There is no beginning,

There is no end,

There is no top to the breath,

There is no bottom to the breath.

There is maintaining pure white light within as you breathe pure white light out as a continuum,

Always going around and around.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Breathing out,

Breathing in the circle of life,

The circle of breath.

And as you breathe pure white light in and out,

Now surround the whole of your body with pure white light.

Cover yourself entirely in pure white light on top of you,

Underneath of you,

Sides,

Front,

Back,

Covering all those nooks and crannies and crevices,

All the roundnesses and all the indentations with pure white light.

Vibrating as an entity that always was,

Always is,

Always will be pure white light both within and without and everything in between.

Recognize that there is a difference when you are conscious of that as a creation versus just rolling around in your everyday and that something becomes possible as a result of consciously creating that which you are.

And bring into your consciousness the number nine and just feel yourself going deeper and deeper.

Eight.

Deeper.

Seven.

Eight.

Deeper.

Six.

Six.

Deeper.

And deeper.

Five.

Five.

Deeper.

Four.

Four.

Deeper.

Three.

Three.

Deeper.

And deeper.

And deeper.

Two.

Two.

Deeper.

One.

One.

Two.

Deeper.

Three.

Bring your consciousness to that you have a consciousness.

Recognize that as a human being you do some things thinking and some things unthinking.

In general you do not think to breathe.

You just breathe.

And yet something becomes possible and hugely different when you consciously breathe.

You do not think to mentally take in all of the images that surround you visually.

Both that which is in front of you and everything peripherally and everything in between.

And yet it is there.

And when you consciously are mindful of all that visually surrounds you that you can perceive assuming you can physically see,

Something quite different becomes available.

All that is,

Is.

That includes you.

You have the capacity to create anything.

Every time you have a thought,

Every time you speak,

Everything you do is creating all of the time.

That's enormous.

That could feel a little daunting.

And yet,

When you or I bring consciousness to what we think and say and do,

It brings consciousness to who we be.

Take a look at different areas of your life.

We'll go one at a time through some.

Bring into your mind one primary relationship in your life.

Just notice things in that relationship that you condone and appreciate and things in that relationship that you frankly wish were another way.

Create in your consciousness what you can do that promotes the well-being,

The health,

The love,

And the joy in that relationship.

Bringing your consciousness to that.

Orient yourself that all that you say and all that you do is for the health,

The well-being,

The love,

And the joy of that relationship.

Orient your consciousness that when you think or say or do anything that is destructive to that relationship that you bring yourself back to.

Simply replacing that with a consciousness of health and well-being,

Love,

And joy for that relationship.

Bring into your consciousness your finances.

Identify what you like and what you wish were another way.

That which you condone and that which you condemn.

Locate in your consciousness what there is for you to do and say and be that promotes the health and the well-being,

The love and the joy for your finances.

Orient your consciousness towards that that you live your life doing and saying and being.

What promotes health and well-being,

Love,

And joy with your finances.

Orient your consciousness so that when you are doing or saying or being in any way destructive with regards to your finances that you simply replace it with thoughts and words and deeds that promote the health and the well-being,

The love and the joy of and for your finances.

Bring your consciousness to anything on the socio-political or economic stage in the world.

Whether it is in your community,

Your state,

The country,

The world.

Notice that there are things that you like and things that you don't like so much.

Orient your consciousness to doing and saying and being in a way that promotes health and well-being,

Love and joy on this larger scale.

Orient your consciousness that whenever you say or do or are in a way that is destroying in this domain of larger consciousness that you simply replace it with words and deeds and being that promote health and well-being,

Love and joy in this larger consciousness.

And bring your attention to yourself.

Notice things about yourself that you like and things about yourself you don't care for so much.

Orient your consciousness to creating to saying and doing and being in a way that promotes health and well-being,

Love and joy with regards to yourself.

Orient your consciousness that when you say or do or are in a way that is destructive towards or about yourself that you simply replace it with being,

Doing and speaking in ways that promote health and well-being,

Love and joy with regards to yourself.

I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.

As I do allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.

When I say the number nine,

Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body and in the room that you are in.

123 Feel your conscious mind arising 456 begin to feel yourself in your body where and how you are sitting or lying down the air around you and the air in you 789 gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body and in this room.
