In today's session,

We're going to be doing 50 second breath holds.

Three total rounds with all of our unique breath styles that you've heard so far.

Breath number one is breath of fire,

Which is a short rapid inhale and exhale through the nose and it sounds like this.

And then we're going to shift into alkaline breathing,

Which is a powerful nose inhale and a sigh of relief out the mouth.

It sounds like this.

So let's go ahead and get started together now,

Like this.

Breath of fire.

Double the speed.

Alkaline breathing.

Good.

Powerful breaths.

Double the speed.

Good.

Stay with it.

Fully inhale.

Big exhale right into our breath hold.

We're beginning our 50 second breath hold.

No air needed.

Release all the tension in your body.

10 more seconds.

Recovery breath in.

And exhale.

Return to normal breathing.

Double the speed.

Alkaline breathing.

Double the speed.

Allow all thoughts to escape your mind.
