Put busyness aside and reconnect with your sense of balance and equanimity through the breath. Settle in and carve out some sweet, self-care time in seven minutes. Give yourself permission and time to reconnect with your body, breath and centered self.

Hi,

Good for you for taking a few minutes just to practice some self-care.

So let's begin by settling.

Get comfortable in whatever position feels right in your body today.

And as you settle,

Feel yourself surrendering to whatever surface is supporting you.

Really allow yourself to sink in,

Remembering that you are supported,

That you can let go.

Gravity will hold you.

And breathe.

Feel your belly rising and falling.

Really take your time,

Don't rush.

Let your breaths come slow and deep.

And let them help you stay anchored,

Stay present in your body and in this moment.

Just feel yourself breathing.

Feel what it feels like to have the breath move through your body.

Feel your belly expanding.

And feel your belly falling.

Stay here.

So whatever came before this moment,

Before you chose to take a little time out for yourself,

Leave it there.

And whatever will come next,

Let it stay next and you stay with now.

Let this be your protected time.

The time to remember your strength.

To get grounded and reconnected.

And as you breathe,

Focus on these intentions.

I am enough.

I feel comfortable in my mind and body.

I choose foods that nourish me.

I am grateful and grounded.

I accept new challenges.

I like who I am and who I am becoming.

I am comfortable being me.

I look out for the positive.

I know how to care for myself when I feel anxious.

I am compassionate with myself.

I deserve my love and care.

Stay with your breath.

Feel yourself in your body in this moment.

Feel yourself getting centered and gaining strength in this moment.

You are supported and you are enough.

No matter what comes your way today,

You can handle it.

You are an amazing human being,

Perfect in your own unique way.

You are enough.

You've got this.

All is well.
