Transcript

Good morning.

Begin by sitting comfortably with your spine straight so that you can breathe freely.

Relax and allow the chair or cushion to completely support you.

Drop your shoulders.

Relax your jaw.

Now take a full,

Deep breath.

It is okay to step away from busyness and give yourself the gift of this moment.

Give yourself permission to let go of everything else and just be here for right now.

Place your awareness in your body as you breathe in and out.

Just notice your breath as it moves in and out of your nostrils and your belly rises and falls.

There is nothing else you have to do right now.

This is your time.

Simply be with yourself.

As you continue breathing,

Think about the day ahead.

How do you want to show up for yourself?

Set your intention for being today.

Remember to keep breathing and focus on that intention.

For example,

May I be kind?

May I be open?

May I have courage?

May I be at ease?

May I live my truth?

May I be willing to allow the moment to moment experience of what is?

May I walk in my own power?

May I be confident?

May I be at peace?

May I practice compassionate self-talk?

Now take one final slow deep breath.

And so it is.
