Explore MeditationZeina been teaching yoga for over two decades. Zeina has had the privilege of teaching yoga in countries (India, Bali, S.Korea, United Arab Emirates, Costa Rica & North America). Zeina enjoys teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Kriya Yoga, with a focus on breath awareness. Pranayama, Breathing practices, are the most powerful tools we have access to. They help us release stuck energy, ground back into the body and clear the mind from daily clutter. Zeina also facilitates coaching containers, for women, to exercise their voices, reclaim their forgotten parts and pieces and learn the art of self-coaching/parenting. Zeina strongly believe in the power of sisterhood, companionship and community. Zeina has been hosting a virtual bookclub for 2 years, called 'Wild Women with Wise Words', which has been a great source of community, companionship and sisterhood. Zeina has been told many times to create her own meditation app, as her voice is nourishing, nurturing and supportive.
