Let them go and focus on your senses,

Ask,

What can I see,

What can I feel,

What can I hear,

Take a breath,

And remind yourself that it's okay to feel bad,

That it's okay to feel good,

Just feel whatever you are feeling,

Take a breath,

And drop all expectations.
