And welcome to the session.
I invite you to take a seat.
Or lay down.
And get yourself comfortable.
You can close down the eyes if you wish Just begin by slowing down the breath.
In through the nose.
Low into the belly.
It's love.
When you feel ready perhaps placing your hand upon the heart space.
Just feeling the warmth of the fingers upon your skin.
Settling into the heart space.
Embracing the heart space as a representation of the self part of you that's connected to the divine.
Your intuition.
Wise Mind.
Whatever name you give for the space that is you.
A space to return back to.
If any time during this session you feel lost or distracted I like to visualise this space as.
.
.
A glowing ball of energy of light.
Of flame.
And with the breath I visualize this space growing stronger and brighter.
And I settle into this space.
Into the session.
And into the moment.
With the words.
I am here.
I am here.
Now.
I am here.
Taking a moment now to.
Invite a part.
Into the session.
Part of our body.
Part of our personality.
Part of our past.
Aspect of ourselves that is,
Perhaps,
Holding onto something.
It's perhaps in a role.
Born Yezigar.
Part of us that kept us safe.
Going to hold that the body keeps the score.
But throughout life things happen.
That if we don't take the time to process it and release it at the time will hold on to it.
And will also hold that emotions and sensations are messages the tensions,
Chronic issues thinking patterns that arise.
Are this part of the body attempting to escape.
Keep us safe.
To let us know what it's holding on to.
This part of the body desperately trying to reconnect with us.
With the self.
To in this session from the heart space.
From the self.
Will connect to this part.
Connect with an attitude of compassionate curiosity.
In calm confidence.
Feeling the sensations that are arising deeply.
Without judgement.
But with the attitude of an inapparent.
Therapist.
Or God.
For the next minute,
Just.
.
.
Connecting to this part of the body.
Feeling the sensations deeply opening up the mind space and just witnessing the thoughts symbols.
Memories that arise.
Let's try that now.
With compassion and curiosity.
Asking this part of the body.
Part of our past.
What do you need me to know?
What do you need me to see?
What do you need me to feel?
Do you need me to understand?
And just feeling the response.
In the body.
And in the mind space.
You may notice sensations or thought.
Or memories.
Or just.
.
.
An indescribable knowing.
Or understanding.
I encourage you to go with this process.
Feeling.
Listening.
And accepting.
And to remind you that This is your session.
If at any time you feel the urge to release that is to laugh,
To cry.
To scream.
To sleep,
To shake.
To share.
Oftentimes we're holding on to things for years or decades there's a stagnation.
And icing up.
By paying gentle attention.
From the heart space or from the self to this part of the body but gently reconnecting with it.
If you like,
You could visualise a connection.
Or a line of energy.
Between the heart space and this part of the body you're working with with the breath.
With each breath.
You gently just bring your attention to this part.
Pause for a little bit.
And then return.
In this way we had it very delicately reconnecting touching upon this part with the breath.
And then returning.
The idea is to pendulate.
We go to the pub.
We return.
Go to the pond.
We return.
With softness.
Delicateness.
Persistence.
And commitment of the breath.
Perhaps we offer love.
And trust.
So perhaps visualising a connection from the heart space to this part of the body With each breath,
We just gently connect hold for a little bit.
And then return.
We place no expectations on this part of the body we approach it with the attitude of an inapparent.
Or a therapist.
Is working with someone that is distressed.
Has been holding on to something.
We're just making a safe environment.
Letting this part of the body know we are here.
That we are safe.
That we are listening.
So for the next ten minutes,
We'll sit in silence.
Connecting the heart space to this part of the body with the breath.
Gently connecting gently offering love and just listening and feeling what arises.
Feeling the sensations deeply Exploring.
Mindful detachment.
The moods,
The emotions,
The memories and the symbols that arise in the mind space.
Approaching and accepting it all.
Of compassionate curiosity.
And calm confidence.
Let's begin.
You Okay.
So if you'd like to maintain the meditation,
You're more than welcome to do so.
Of everyone else just gently returning.
Returning back to their bodies back to the session.
Back to their day.
In this session we explored practice that I call intuitive guidance we connect to our own heart space,
The self.
And from there to apart.
Part of our past.
Of our personality.
Part of our body that is holding on to something.
That is doing a role for us.
Is trying to keep us safe.
Reconnect to it.
We'll listen.
We feel.
We open and we accept.
Acting as our own inapparent therapist or guide.
Chances are this part of the body has been holding onto something for years or decades.
Doing a role.
Keeping us safe.
So it will take time for this part of the body to trust.
Trust us.
Trust the process.
So we end these sessions with a commitment to return.
Later today,
Tomorrow sometime soon.
Coming back.
Reconnecting.
And going into the process again.
Perhaps with the breath.
Ever so delicately.
But consistently,
Persistently offering love.
And trust.
There's something that can happen in these sessions that you connect to a part of the body and during the session.
The symptoms,
That is the thoughts or the sensations.
Can get quite strong.
It's almost as if this part of the body is testing us,
It's like Can you hold space for this?
I've only been sharing a little bit with you.
Is love.
Or it'll pull away.
The groove.
I'm not ready for this.
It's almost like we're establishing a relationship with a part of us that can feel a little bit separate.
This is why I call the process intuitive guidance.
It's you at your core,
At yourself,
Connecting to this part of you.
For all the words that I'm saying here is just a guidance to help you to hold space and feel safe in that process.
But you need to trust yourself.
As you go through the process.
Maybe you need to pull back.
Maybe you need to lean in.
Maybe you need to get curious with questions.
And in later sessions we'll explore those questions.
But you trust your own inner process.
Because it's you reconnecting and reintegrating with the parts that you're working with.
We provide the framework.
You provide the connection.
Thank you for joining me and I'll see you in the next session.
