Find yourself a quiet,

Comfortable space where you can sit or lie down peacefully and be undisturbed for a while.

When you feel you have found the perfect spot,

Please go ahead and gently close your beautiful eyes and let's take a deep breath again.

Nourish at the top and hold it for a while and let it go completely,

Ridding yourself of toxins and anything else that the body would like to get rid of at this point.

Let's have another breath in,

Hold at the top and breathe out all the way.

One more deep,

Deep breath in all the way and get a little bit more into those lungs.

Hold it,

Hold it,

Hold it at the top and let it all go,

All the way out,

Out.

So let's engage the parasympathetic nervous system.

Consciously inhale through the nose,

Hold for a moment or two or three,

Maybe four,

See how far you can go.

Inhale and exhale when it gets to the end of that moment.

Let it go through the mouth and once again inhale deeply,

Hold it and exhale completely.

With each breath,

Feel yourself softening,

Releasing,

Let go of any tension.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath,

The rise and fall of your gorgeous chest.

There is nothing to do,

There's nowhere to go,

There's just this moment.

Just this breath.

If you haven't and you'd like to,

You can close your eyes,

You're safe,

You're held.

So imagine or physically bring one hand to your belly and another to your heart space.

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

To the space of your heart.

With each breath,

Imagine a warm golden light glowing within.

With every inhale,

See this light grow brighter.

With every exhale,

Feel it expanding,

Filling your entire chest with warmth and love.

With each breath,

Allow this light to soften any tightness,

To dissolve any walls around your heart.

Let it be a source of comfort,

Of deep,

Nourishing,

Unconditional love.

If any emotions should arise,

Acknowledge them with gentleness and compassion.

Allow love to flow freely through you,

Within you,

And all around you.

Now,

Silently repeat these affirmations in your mind or out loud.

I am open to giving and receiving love.

My heart is a sanctuary of peace and compassion.

I trust the wisdom of my heart.

I am safe.

I am whole.

Imagine this radiant light from your heart expanding beyond you,

Flowing out into the room you are in,

Filling the space with warmth.

Let it stretch beyond,

To loved ones,

To friends,

To strangers,

And the entire world.

Feel yourself connected to all beings,

Sharing the same love,

The same peace,

Freedom,

And space.

Now,

Visualize your heart's light merging with the vast expanse of the universe.

Feel it stretching across mountains,

Forests,

Deserts,

Rivers,

And oceans,

Reaching every living being.

Every human,

Every animal,

All plants,

And the earth itself.

See this light weaving through the stars,

Embracing the infinite sky.

Imagine it touching the hearts of those in pain,

Offering them comfort.

Imagine it reaching those who feel alone,

Filling them with warmth.

With each breath,

Sense the oneness,

The boundless compassion that connects us all.

Now silently repeat.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be at peace.

May all beings feel loved and held in the embrace of universal kindness.

Feel this deep,

Infinite love radiating through you as you become both the giver and receiver of peace.

Now gently bring your awareness inward,

To the very essence of your being.

Imagine that the radiant light from your heart is now flowing into every cell of your body.

Feel it washing over you like a golden wave,

Soothing,

Nurturing,

And renewing.

With every inhale,

This healing light enters your bloodstream,

Rejuvenating every organ,

Every tissue,

Every fiber of your beautiful being.

With every exhale,

Imagine your body releasing tension,

Letting go of stress,

Toxins,

And anything that no longer serves you.

Relaxing your back,

Your shoulders,

The muscles in your face,

Let your brow be easy,

Let there be a smile on your face.

Picture your vibrant cells vibrating in harmony,

Each one infused with pure love and wholeness.

See them glowing,

Regenerating,

Restoring balance.

Silently affirm,

Have a sit,

My body is strong,

I am vibrant and full of life.

Every cell in my being is nourished and healed,

I am whole.

Allow yourself to rest in this deep state of renewal,

Knowing that every part of you is embraced in love and light.

Now let your awareness drift into a state of pure tranquility.

Imagine yourself floating effortlessly in a sea of calmness,

Embraced by the universe.

Feel the soothing energy of peace washing over you,

Dissolving all your worries.

With every breath,

Surrender more deeply into stillness.

There is no resistance,

Only flow.

There is no pressure,

Only ease.

Let's affirm,

I surrender to the flow of life.

I trust in the unfolding of my journey.

Peace is my natural state and I embrace it fully.

Rest here in the arms of the universe,
