Allow, Allow the birds to wake me from my slumber. Allow the sun to fill the sky with wonder. Allow my thoughts to rest in quiet stillness. Allow my breath to rise and fall in its fullness. Allow life to fill me with grace that's always present. Allow me to know the perfection in every moment. Allow me to understand the unity in all creation. Allow me to see clearly and speak with kindness. Allow me to dance in harmony with life's music. Allow my heart to open without any reservation. Allow love to fill my awareness with its illumination.
