As a practitioner for 20 years, she is passionate about helping people practice mental and physical flexibility and fitness every single day. Yvonne designs sequences and mindful meditations to energize and restore beginners, advanced practitioners, and everyone in between who want to feel their best and become their best self. These practices are for all ages and are meant to be customized to honor all body shapes. She hopes that you feel restored, replenished, and inspired by her yoga and mindfulness practices. Yvonne strives to support anyone who wants to take precious time to reconnect to and nourish their inner spark. She is here to guide you one step closer each day to your dream life and wellness.
