In nature we always find ourselves in stillness. Nature knows no future, no past, it only knows the present moment. Here the tree of wisdom guides you beyond the mind to the awareness that exists in nature - that of the present moment.

Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe the breath.
Observe each in-breath.
Observe each out-breath.
Take your awareness just to the tip of the nose.
Feel the breath entering.
Feel the breath leaving.
Become aware of the sensations within the nostrils.
As the breath enters,
Breath leaves.
Just keep the awareness at the tip of the nose.
Feel the breath entering.
Leaving.
Become aware of the thoughts.
Not reacting to them.
Just watching them.
Seeing how the thoughts bring no peace.
How observing the breath brings you peace and stillness and then just allow the thoughts to drift away.
Focus on the stillness that comes from observing the breath.
Breathing.
Taking the awareness now to the ribcage.
The ribcage expands.
Contracts.
Stillness grows within as you observe the breath.
Breathing.
Breathe out.
The thoughts continue to lose their importance as you see that they contain no peace.
Breathing.
Breathe out.
Focusing more and more on the breath.
More and more on the stillness that comes from observing the breathing.
Breathing.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
We continue to focus on the breath.
We continue to allow stillness to grow within.
Observing the breath,
We allow the peace to grow within.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
We feel nothing but stillness and peace within.
We direct our attention away from the mind,
The thoughts.
We focus the awareness on the simple act of breathing.
Breathing.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
Just feel the ribcage expanding.
Contracting.
Observing the thoughts but not reacting to them.
Seeing how the thoughts contain no peace but by observing the breath you develop peace within.
Breathing.
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out.
The ribcage contracts.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Stillness grows within.
Your attention remains focused on the breathing.
You follow the rhythm of the breath,
The rhythm of the in-breath,
The rhythm of the out-breath.
Continue to observe the breathing.
Observing the stillness,
The silence that grows within when you watch the breath.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Thoughts come and go.
You observe them but don't react to them.
They're just waves.
In order to develop stillness within we simply observe the breathing.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Just feeling the rhythm of the breath.
Continue to observe the breathing.
To develop stillness,
Silence within.
Observe the in-breath.
Observe the out-breath.
And as you follow the rhythm,
Pattern of your breath,
The stillness grows within.
Just in your mind's eye you start to observe nature,
A beautiful valley surrounded by trees,
Plants,
Flowers.
You continue to observe the breathing as you do this.
Continue to allow stillness and silence to grow within.
You breathe in.
You breathe out.
Stillness,
The silence within grows.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
You connect to the silence within.
The silence within grows,
Expands.
And as it does you become more and more aware in your mind's eye of the valley,
The nature,
The stillness.
And as you look and observe more and more,
You see there are no humans in this valley.
Just the life that exists through the plants,
The flowers,
The trees.
You observe a stillness.
You see that here in the valley,
In nature,
There's no concept of time.
The flowers,
The trees breathe in their own way.
Breathing in carbon dioxide,
Breathing out oxygen.
They grow towards the sun,
Absorb the nutrients through the soil.
They live.
They're alive.
Yet there's no concept of time.
No past,
No future.
There's just this present moment in time.
And you realize this is life.
Just the awareness of the present moment.
Awareness of the past,
The future.
They're not necessary in order to be able to enjoy to live this present moment in time.
You see how the trees,
The flowers,
Have no concept of a future existence,
A past existence.
They're constantly in the present moment in time.
There is no past.
There is no future.
There's just the ever present,
Eternal moment that exists in the here,
In the now.
You see that with the plants and the trees,
There are no thought forms,
No thought patterns.
There's just a constant,
Ever-present moment.
This moment in time.
That's all that exists.
And then you look closely at the largest tree in the valley.
It's known as a tree of wisdom.
Within its trunk,
You hear a voice,
A female voice.
The tree of wisdom speaks to you,
Tells you that here in this valley of nature,
There is no concept of time,
No past,
No future.
Because here,
Thought does not exist.
It's only thought and its imagination that can take you to an imaginary past,
An imaginary future.
It's only thought that can create regrets,
Sorrows,
Of an imaginary past that doesn't exist.
Just the present moment exists,
She tells you.
It's only thought that can take you to an imaginary future where fears exist of things that may never happen,
Where desires are created that make you run after goal after goal after goal.
But when there is no thought,
There is no imagination that creates fears and desires to run after.
No sorrows,
No regrets of the past,
No sadness,
Nothing to miss.
Without thought,
Only the present moment exists and this is what you experience here in the valley.
No past,
No future.
There's just a oneness,
An eternal ever-present now.
This is where life happens.
The mind,
The thoughts can carry you away to imaginary places in the past,
In the future.
But in order to live life,
She tells you,
Let go of the mind,
Let go of the thoughts,
The fears,
The desires,
Let go of the past,
The future,
The goals,
The desires.
Let go of the fears that the mind creates.
Just be present,
Be in touch with nature,
Be in touch with the valley,
Be in touch with the flowers,
The trees and realize that it's only ever the present moment that's real,
That exists.
No past,
No future,
Just an eternal ever-present now.
She tells you as she looks into your heart that you spent your whole life chasing after goals based on your desires.
She asks you to let go of these goals one by one to become present.
She tells you that you spent your life trying to escape fears but she asks you to observe your fears,
Not to react to them,
But just to observe them,
To become detached from them again so you can start to enjoy the present moment in time so that you can start to live in the present moment.
She tells you that you spent your entire life trying to run back to things in the past that were once there but the past doesn't exist she tells you.
Life is about enjoying the present moment.
The more you learn this and understand this she tells you,
The more happiness will develop from within,
The more you'll start to enjoy the entirety of life,
The more you'll realize that it's only ever this present moment that exists.
The past is gone,
The future is yet to be.
Life is made to be enjoyed in this moment.
There is no past,
No future.
Just be here,
Be now.
Observe the breath,
Observe your connection to nature,
To the valley,
See how nature is still.
It doesn't focus on the future,
It doesn't focus on the past,
It simply enjoys the present moment and will always remain in the awareness of the present moment.
She asks you to let go of your mind,
To let go of the thoughts,
The desires,
The fears,
The past memories that it creates,
And to spend your life developing an appreciation for living and enjoying the present moment in time completely.
There is no past,
There is no future,
She reminds you.
Life is to be lived and enjoyed in the present moment.
You let go of the past,
You let go of the future,
And you see how nature simply is.
You let go of your desires,
Your goals,
You let go of your fears,
Just observing them for what they are,
Just fears created in the mind,
No reality,
No substance to them.
You let go of the past,
Your memories,
And just the present moment exists.
The destiny of your life is to enjoy constantly the present moment,
To let go of the past,
The future,
To let go of the mind,
To become still,
And to live your life fully by accepting that the present moment is all that exists.
No past,
No future,
Just the ever eternal constant now.
No past,
No future.
You thank the Tree of Wisdom,
Not just for her words,
But for her magic in directing you,
Directing your awareness towards the present moment,
Towards the only thing that ever exists.
No past,
No future.
You let go of desire,
Fear,
Sadness.
In your heart you decide you just want to be present,
To live life just in the present moment,
To be like nature,
Constantly present,
Constantly in this moment in time.
There is no past,
There is no future.
Life was created on this planet in order to be enjoyed in the present moment.
You promise yourself to take your awareness more and more towards this every day,
So that your entire life becomes one that's lived and enjoyed simply in this present moment in time.
No past,
No future,
No fears,
No desires,
No memories dragging you back to the past,
Just the present moment in time,
Pulling you into stillness,
Pulling you into true happiness,
True peace,
True contentment.
You feel negativity being drawn away as you're pulled into the present moment in time.
There is no past,
There is no future,
Just a constant,
Ever-changing now.
This is where life happens.
You rub both palms together,
You generate warmth in the palms,
You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes,
Bring warmth back into the eyes,
You slowly take your hands away,
Slowly open your eyes,
Just getting them used to the light once more.
