The Divine Intelligence

Beyond the mind lies a deeper intelligence. It is not the mind that controls the beating of the heart, the circulation of the blood inside the body nor any of the functions such as digestion of food and absorption of nutrients. All the functions of the body are carried out without the mind or thought being involved. We can see that beyond the mind there is a deep intelligence at work.

Keep your eyes closed. Start to observe your breath. Observe the tip of the nose. Feel the breath enter. Feel the breath leave. Feel stillness growing in the mind as you observe the movement of the breath. Feel the breath entering, Reaching to the lungs. Feel the breath leaving. Just connect the awareness of the mind to the breathing. Feel the breath enter. Feel the breath leave. Just keep the mind connected to the breath. Become aware of the sense of silence that you observe as the breath enters, As the breath leaves. Focus the awareness of the mind on the breathing. The breath enters. The breath leaves. Stillness comes into the mind. The thoughts start to lose their significance as you enjoy the stillness that comes from observing the breath. Just observe the breath entering. Just observe the breath leaving. Breathe in. Breathe out. Observe the thoughts. See how they carry no peace. But when you observe the breath, You experience peace. The breath becomes more interesting than the thoughts. You observe the in-breath. You observe the out-breath. Connect the awareness to the breathing. Breathe in. The ribcage expands. Breathe out. The ribcage contracts. Just keep your mind engaged on the breath. Breathe in. Breathe out. Stillness continues to grow in the mind. The more you focus on the breath, The more the stillness grows within. The more you focus on the breath, The less you focus on the thoughts. And you start to question are the thoughts necessary at all. You look within your body. You see all the natural processes that occur. Your heart beats. But it's not controlled by the thoughts. The blood circulates throughout the body. It's not controlled by your thoughts. Your food is digested. The nutrients absorbed. Again, That's not controlled by your thoughts. Your immune system functions. But the thoughts are not involved. Your lungs absorb oxygen into the body, Into the bloodstream without using thought. Carbon dioxide is released. Again, Thoughts not involved. The lungs expand, Contract. The mind's not involved. The thinking's not involved. The body has a cut. The cells repair. But no thoughts involved. There's an underlying energy, An underlying intelligence that doesn't require thought. And it exists not just within you. But as you look closely now, This underlying intelligence exists in the entire universe. The trees, The plants, The flowers that grow towards the sun, They're not consciously thinking. But it happens. The plants, The trees that are absorbing nutrients from the soil, They're not thinking. But there's life there. The sun that shines its heat, That gives life to the entire planet. There's no conscious thinking. It just happens. The same with the entire universe. It simply is. Planets revolve around the stars. Moons revolve around planets. There's no thinking involved. The entire universe has its natural order. There's a natural intelligence, A greater intelligence than thought behind all the beautiful phenomena in the universe, Behind the life on the planet. But thought's not necessary for life to exist. You see, We've attached too much importance to thought. But the greater intelligence that controls the beating of your heart, The expansion, The contraction of your lungs, The repair within your body, How the immune cells work, This natural intelligence is always there. The mind's not necessary. We trust the mind when the heart's already there. We don't need to allow our consciousness to flow to the mind. When our consciousness rests in the heart, Everything happens. There's a divine order, A natural intelligence behind everything. We just need to trust in this. We can let go of the mind. See that the divine intelligence exists in the entire cosmos. This divine intelligence talks about oneness, Unity. It's an energy that's within all of us. It's the same divine intelligence within each being that allows the hearts to beat. Every animal, Every human allows the lungs to expand, Contract, Allows for oxygen to be taken in, Calm dioxide to be liberated and shared with the trees, The plants. This divine intelligence within all of us is the same energy. It's a oneness that seeks to unite us, Bring us back to our original nature of oneness. And this oneness, This energy exists in the entire universe. It's the life force, The energy behind everything. It's beyond the mind. We can say goodbye to the mind if we connect to this natural intelligence that allows the trees to grow, The flowers to bloom, Blossom, That allows the sun to shine its heat, That allows us to share our breath with the plants, Sharing oxygen, Calm dioxide. This divine intelligence is everywhere and it doesn't need thought for us to be aware of it. It simply is. It's in everything. And when you connect to it, You connect to the oneness of the universe. This oneness, This energy is in all things, All beings. It's a divine intelligence far greater than anything the mind can comprehend. The mind doesn't control the beating of the heart. The mind doesn't control the opening, Closing of the lungs. It doesn't control the immune system, The organs, The flow of blood. These are all controlled by the divine intelligence within all of us. The divine intelligence that allows the plants to grow. The divine intelligence that's within the entire universe and holds the universe together. When we let go of thought, We see how thought is not necessary, How everything simply is, Simply exists. There's a far greater intelligence than our mind that's brought the divine order that exists, That's life, That's the life of every cell, Every being, Every plant, Every form of life on this planet has this same divine intelligence within. This is something beyond the mind, Something the mind cannot comprehend, A knowledge that only exists within the heart. When you go beyond the mind, When you say goodbye to the thoughts, You connect to the divine intelligence within yourself. You see how the entire universe is connected through this beautiful divine intelligence. It controls your lungs, Your breathing of the air, It controls the lungs of every being on this planet. Breathing in, Breathing out of air. The digestive processes within us, It controls the organs, The circulation of the blood within us. Everything that's beyond the control of the mind, It's happening. There's a divine intelligence within all of us. We just need to know it, Connect back to it and the key is to keep our consciousness within the heart, Not to go to the mind. The mind is limited, Sees a world of separation, Creates ideas of competition, Of fear, Of desires. When in the heart you realise there's nothing to fear because the divine intelligence is within you and helps you to see that everything's a oneness. There's nothing to fear like this and when your consciousness is connected to the divine intelligence, There's nothing to desire. Everything you've ever wanted exists in the love, The divine intelligence that's within you. You can be content, Be joyful, Be full of love because the divine intelligence that's within the entire universe is within you. There's no place left to search, To look, It's simply here within you. It's deep, Deep within you. You can feel it deep inside. No place left to look, To search. The divine intelligence of the universe is making everything happen within you. It's inside you, Always will be inside you. Looking, Searching, They're not necessary. The divine intelligence expresses itself as unlimited, Unconditional love, Unconditional joy, Unconditional compassion. It expresses itself as peace and it's here deep inside you, Deep within you. You don't need to search anymore. Connect to the divine intelligence within. You become aware that it's within all beings, Within the entire universe. You become aware that you don't need to search, Look anymore. You can say goodbye to the mind because there's a greater intelligence deep within yourself. You just remain connected here in the awareness of the oneness that comes from being connected to the greater intelligence within. You say goodbye to the mind once more, Keeping your connection to the divine intelligence deep within alive. You rub both palms together. You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes. You bring warmth back into the eyes and then you slowly, Slowly move your hands away, Keeping the awareness that beyond the mind exists the divine intelligence that's deep within you, Deep within all beings.
