Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe the breath.
Feel the breath entering into your lungs.
Feel the ribcage expand.
Feel the sensations.
Just inside the ribcage as the air enters.
As you breathe out,
Just feel the air escaping.
And just observe your mind coming towards a stillness.
Feel the ribcage expand.
Contract.
Connect your awareness to your breathing as much as you can.
Feel the mind becoming stiller and stiller.
And as the mind becomes still,
You start to feel a connection to something deep within you.
A sense of peace,
Stillness,
That's always been there.
And as you do,
You observe this stillness as the background.
And then the truth.
As this happens,
You start to become more and more distant from thoughts.
Thoughts that enter and leave the mind.
Thoughts that come and go,
Like clouds.
Each thought completely different to the other.
Sometimes these thoughts even contradict each other.
You observe the thoughts just as waves.
But as you do,
You keep connecting to this stillness.
This silence within.
You feel,
Observe a light deep within you.
And you know that in this light lies your truth.
The thoughts that come and go are simply waves,
Simply clouds.
They have no substance.
They're always changing.
Often contradicting each other.
There's no you in these thoughts.
Sometimes the thoughts can relate to a you.
But as you observe their contradictions,
You can see there's no permanent you that they relate to.
They simply come and go as waves.
But the more you connect to this light within,
The more you can become the observer.
You just watch the thoughts coming and going.
Like waves.
And you connect more and more to the stillness deep within.
You continue to see thoughts just as waves.
They come,
They go.
But you remain connected to the inner silence.
The inner stillness.
To the light deep within.
This is your true self.
And you see now,
These thoughts reach into the body,
They become feelings.
Different thoughts entering into different parts of the body.
But you observe that these feelings too are just waves.
They come,
They go.
With no permanence.
You just watch.
Seeing each thought entering into a different body.
A different part of the body.
And then leaving.
Each time appearing as a different emotion.
A different feeling.
And you keep connecting to the silence.
The stillness within.
And the more you observe these thoughts,
These feelings.
The more distant you become from them.
You don't react to them in any way.
You just watch them.
They're just waves in the ocean.
They come,
They go.
But you keep connecting to the inner stillness within.
In this light,
This peace deep within.
You find your true self.
You connect to your true self.
You know that this peace is who you truly are.
Thoughts,
Feelings are just waves that enter onto the surface.
But you're the light,
The peace within that just observes.
And you remain connected to this peace deep inside.
Knowing that this peace is your original,
True nature.
You observe.
You watch.
Not reacting.
Just staying connected to the light,
The peace within.
And as you go deeper and deeper within.
You observe more and more light.
Recognizing more and more that this is your true self.
Who you truly are.
The beautiful light deep within.
The thoughts,
The feelings become more and more distant.
And the light within grows.
Now you just see light.
You just see stillness.
Knowing this is your original,
True nature.
You return your awareness to your breath.
Becoming aware of the physical body once more.
Continue to feel the sensations.
As you breathe in.
As you breathe out.
And you remain connected to the deep stillness within.
Slowly opening your eyes.
But keeping that connection to the deep,
Deep stillness within.
