Awakening The Chakras

We start by observing the breath and from here we move into stillness. We then start to observe the beautiful energies within us that are the chakras. We see them as light and we allow them to release, to unblock and to come into balance.

You start to observe the breath.

You take your mind,

Your awareness to the breathing.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Feeling the sensations in the ribcage,

In the lungs.

You feel your mind coming to stillness.

Your thoughts drifting away.

You just observe each in-breath,

Each out-breath.

Feeling how the breath is connecting you to the natural state of peace that you hold within.

The thoughts start to lose their importance and the stillness within the breath takes over.

Breathe in,

Ribcage expands.

Breathe out,

Ribcage contracts.

Breath guides you more and more to the stillness deep within.

Breath guides you to the peace that you naturally hold deep inside.

Find your original sense of peace and you continue to observe the breath.

Breathe in,

Ribcage expands.

Breathe out,

The ribcage contracts.

Your breath guides you more and more to your original sense of peace.

To the point of peace that's deep inside yourself.

The point of peace that's your original sense of being.

It's deep inside you.

The more you take your attention away from the thoughts,

The more they lose their importance.

The more you focus on the breath,

The closer you come to the stillness deep within.

You recognize more and more stillness inside.

You recognize this is who you truly are.

You recognize this silence that you are peace.

And as the breath guides you more and more to this silence,

You start to look deep within your body.

You start to observe.

And you see many points of energy,

Of light within your body.

You see seven chakras appearing,

Seven swirling vortexes of energy.

Some of them blocked,

Some of them swirling freely.

And you see how beautiful they are.

Each one at a different point within you.

At the base of the spine,

Slightly above.

Just at your solar plexus.

Then higher still.

Just at your heart center.

At your throat.

In the center of your forehead.

And then at the top of your head.

You see many other small,

Minor chakras.

Each joint,

Each articulation.

And as you observe the chakras,

You allow them to flow freely.

As you bring your awareness to the ones that are blocked,

You bring them an energy of softness and help them to release.

And you see how beautiful they are.

These seven lights,

Seven chakras.

You allow them,

Each one,

To become free.

For the energy to move freely around.

These beautiful,

Swirling vortexes of energy.

You allow them to be free.

And you see how the energy through them moves upwards.

From the lowest to the highest.

With accumulated energy.

Just at the heart chakra.

The chakra in the center of your heart.

You feel light there.

You feel light throughout your body.

The energy of the chakras moving upwards.

Reaching to the top of your head.

Where you feel peace,

Stillness.

Moving away of a sense of separateness.

An awareness of your connection to the universe.

And as you observe each one of the chakras.

The energy within intensifies,

Grows.

The light within becomes more and more beautiful.

And you relate to each and every one of these beautiful chakras.

These beautiful,

Swirling vortexes of energy.

Deep inside you.

And you feel an aliveness deep within.

As you see the dance,

The play,

Of the movement of energy.

The movement of light within each and every one of these beautiful chakras.

Both the seven,

Larger chakras,

That run through the center of the body.

And the many minor chakras all around.

But each and every one of the chakras is starting to be open.

Starting to become free.

As your awareness draws towards them.

You see at the base of the spine.

Mooladhara.

Your root chakra.

The energy swirls around here.

You feel yourself rooted.

Connected to the earth.

Swirling energy awakens your rooting.

Connected energy with the great mother earth.

From here,

Just slightly above.

You see Swadhisthana.

Your original abode.

The second bright chakra.

And here your rooting.

Your connection grows stronger.

You're a child of the great mother earth and you feel this rootedness here.

Swadhisthana.

Your original abode.

And then higher still,

To the third chakra.

Just deep inside your solar plexus,

A swirling vortex of energy.

A sense of courage.

Confidence awakens within you as you allow the energy to flow freely.

Here at Manipurna,

Gem city.

The bright beautiful third chakra.

That awakens your sense of confidence,

Courage.

Allows the ego to dissolve.

Brings you back to your natural state of confidence.

Confidence in yourself.

In the universe.

Faith in everything that happens.

This chakra grows stronger with the light within.

The energy starts to become unblocked.

It flows freely.

It awakens.

Confidence emerges within.

Feel the confidence within growing.

Faith in yourself.

In the entire universe.

Sense of confidence,

Courage,

Grows stronger and stronger.

You feel happiness growing within.

As this sense of confidence,

Sense of courage grows.

The energy through this swirling vortex starts to grow.

From here,

The energy within moves higher towards the center of the heart.

The swirling vortex of energy awakens,

Anahata,

Your heart chakra.

And your heart softens,

Melts.

You see compassion flowing through your heart,

Compassion that starts with the self,

Then moves out towards others.

You see love,

Kindness,

Growing first of all for yourself,

Then being shared with others.

And you see joy,

The desire for yourself to be happy,

And then the desire for it to be shared with others.

And then your energy moves higher still towards your throat.

See the swirling vortex of energy here,

Just in the center of your throat.

Feel the blockages within the throat being cleared.

More to communicate being opened.

You feel lighter and lighter within the throat.

A sense of purification being released from here.

Your throat feels light,

Open.

You see nothing but the swirling vortex of energy here,

Beautiful light,

Just a vishuddhi.

Throat chakra starts to open,

Become free.

You feel your throat completely liberated.

Now the energy moves higher still to the center of your forehead.

See here another beautiful light.

You see Ajahn Chakra just being opened.

And a connection to your sixth sense being awakened again,

Just as it has been many times.

You see the swirling vortex of energy here,

The light within the forehead being released.

You feel light all around.

A connection to things that are deeper than the material,

An awakening that allows you to understand things more deeply,

A realization that there's something deeper to the universe than what the eyes can see,

A sixth sense,

An awareness of how things truly are.

An awareness that it's truly love and faith and compassion that rule the universe.

That everything else is just a play,

A game,

A divine game of Leela.

But the truth lies deeper within.

The truth lies in the force of love that created the universe that's deep within all of us.

From here your attention moves to the top of the head.

You see the brightest light you've ever seen,

Radiating light,

The largest swirling vortex of energy.

And you feel a sense of peace here at Sahasrara,

You feel stillness here as your identity,

As something different to the universe dissolves.

You see yourself as just connected,

Just having a oneness,

Being connected completely to everything and everyone in the universe.

The entire universe being a oneness,

Being a unity.

You see that the only thing that exists in the universe is a oneness,

A connection,

A force of love that exists within each and every human,

Every being,

Every animal,

Every insect,

Everything that has energy.

The cells,

The atoms,

The molecules within every object,

Everything in the universe,

They all resonate with the same frequency.

They're all created by the same spark of divine love that exists within all of us.

With your awareness at Sahasrara,

You see beyond the barriers of separation,

You see just oneness in the universe.

Your own sense of separation disappears and just a oneness remains.

Just divine interconnected energy,

An energy that seeks to unite the entire universe to bring it back to its original state of being,

All operating,

All full of light,

All balanced,

Blockages,

Removed and just these seven beautiful swirling vortexes of energy spinning around,

Bringing balance and light to your awareness,

To your being,

Bringing love,

Courage,

Confidence,

A sense of connection,

A sense of purity,

An awareness of the truth that love is everything,

That it's love that's united,

Connected the whole universe,

Kept it alive and that love will continue to do this forever,

That love is beyond time,

Knows no future,

No past,

Teaches you that it's only ever the present moment that exists.

No past,

No future,

Just now.

Love is everything,

It's in you within the seven swirling vortexes of energy,

It's all around in the universe,

So what connects you,

Unites you.

Light within you tells you that it's love that connects and unites and the seven swirling vortexes of energy shine brighter now,

Freer,

Bringing you back to your true sense of reality,

No past,

No future,

Just a now,

Where nothing but love exists,

Unites,

Connects the entire universe and love will do this forever,

Just feel connected to your chakras,

To the seven swirling vortexes of energy within you,

Keep this awareness,

This feeling of love,

Beautiful light and awareness with you,

This is your truth,

Rub both palms together,

Bring warmth into the palms,

Keep the awareness of the seven beautiful chakras,

Seven vortexes of energy,
