Keeping your chest and shoulders still.
Using any hand,
Place the fingertips right in the center of your chest.
Notice how you can feel your chest with your fingers.
And now swap your awareness to your chest and have your chest feel your fingertips.
Notice how your awareness is fully focused on your chest.
Hold this feeling as you inhale.
See the energy move in through your nose,
Down your throat,
And into your heart space.
As you exhale,
See this stream of energy move from your heart space out through your nose.
Continue to draw that energy through the inhale down into your heart.
And on the exhales,
Release that energy through your nose.
Make this pattern circular.
Deep and easy breaths.
Smooth circulation of energy.
In through the nose to the heart and out through your nose.
Deepen your breaths.
Feel this slow,
Steady stream of energy.
Mind,
Breath,
And heart moving as one.
Feel your eyes relax.
Feel how the tension in your body disappears.
Feel your heart swell.
And grow more powerful.
Take one deep inhale here.
And on the exhale,
Push this energy from your heart outside of your body.
Let it fill the room you're in.
And with each exhale,
Pulse that energy outside of your heart.
And start to expand the field.
See this energy spread out further than your room.
See it move over your suburb,
Your city.
With each exhale,
Send that pulse further.
See this wave of energy now cover the entire Earth.
See it as a ripple or a wave.
The people and opportunities that will guide you to your highest path.
Drop your hand away from your chest.
And settle back into pure diaphragmatic breathing.
All thoughts and visualizations melted away.
