Welcome to this Breathwork and Morning Manifestation practice.

This is a short and powerful practice to pull your manifestations into your reality fast.

Before we begin,

Use this time to create an image of one thing you want to manifest.

It may be a holiday,

Job offer,

A new car,

Loving relationship,

Whatever you want.

See yourself living your manifestation and create the specific scenario in your head.

For example,

If you are trying to call in a relationship,

Envision yourself laying in bed,

Going to sleep next to your specific person,

Looking at them,

Smiling as you feel so happy,

Safe and secure.

Pause this track right now to get your image clear in your head.

When you have done so,

We may begin.

Sit up straight.

We will do 20 deep fast breaths and end with a breath hold.

We will repeat this pattern twice.

I will count each breath on the inhale.

Breathe from your belly,

Feeling your diaphragm contract powerfully with each breath.

Now pull up your vision.

See yourself living in your manifestation.

Feel all of the positive emotions that come with it.

Allow yourself to smile as you replay your vision in your mind.

Stay in this state but allow your body to move,

Shake or stretch out as you feel.

Release your energy to the universe with movement.

It is done.

Know that your manifestation is already here.

When you can see it in your mind,

You will pull it into your reality.

Save this practice and repeat it daily.
