Welcome to this guided meditation to soothe the pain of plantar fasciitis.

I'm Doctor Kim from Your Quiet Light.

Find a comfortable position,

Preferably lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a moment to settle into your body,

Feeling the support of the surface beneath you.

Allow your breath to slow and deepen,

Bringing a sense of relaxation to your entire body.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring your awareness to your feet.

Notice any sensations you may be feeling in your heels,

Arches or toes.

Without judgement,

Simply observe how your feet are feeling in this moment.

Now let's explore the idea of support.

Your plantar fascia supports the entire weight of your body.

Take a few moments to reflect on any areas of your life where you may be feeling overwhelmed or overextended.

Are you feeling supported in your life choices?

Are you asking too much of yourself?

Are you pushing yourself forward when you're not actually ready?

Notice if there's a sense of heaviness or burden in any particular area of your body.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine roots extending down from the heels of your feet,

Anchoring you to the earth below.

With each inhale,

Draw in support and nourishment from the earth,

Allowing it to flow up through the roots to your body.

With each exhale,

Release any tension or stress you may be holding onto,

Allowing it to travel down the roots to be absorbed into the earth.

Feel yourself becoming more grounded and centred with each breath.

Now visualize a warm golden light surrounding your feet.

This light represents healing energy,

Providing support and comfort to your overstressed plantar fascia.

As you continue to breathe,

Gently begin to move your toes and ankles,

Allowing the light to flow freely through your feet.

With each movement,

Imagine the fascia becoming more flexible and resilient,

Able to support the weight of your body with ease.

If it feels comfortable,

You can gently flex your ankle,

Keeping your knees straight,

And pull your toes back towards your head.

Stretch out your fascia.

Now wiggle your toes.

Picture all the new space opening up in your arches.

Now relax.

Repeat this exercise three more times,

Feeling your arches open up more and more each time.

Take a few moments to breathe and know that you are supported and cared for in this moment.

There is no rush and you are exactly where you're meant to be.

As we bring this meditation to a close,

Slowly begin to wiggle your toes and gently bring awareness back to your surroundings.

When you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.

For best results,

Complete this meditation every day for 30 days.

Thank you for taking this time to meditate with me.

I'm Dr.

Kim from Your Quiet Light,

Wishing you a good day or night.

See you next time.

I will continue this daily. My doctor never gave me foot exercises. I massaged them after and even though sore, this is what I need. Thank you
