Hi,

Welcome to this Sacral Joy Activation Practice.

This is a standing body-led experience designed to reconnect you with your Sacral Center,

The powerhouse of your energy,

Joy,

Creativity,

And clarity.

Your Sacral is your compass.

It's how you know what's aligned.

It's where your yes lives,

And when it's turned on,

Your whole aura becomes magnetic.

When your Sacral is activated,

You attract effortlessly.

Decisions become easier.

Synchronicities increase.

Opportunities show up.

But when it's blocked,

When you're disconnected,

Burnt out,

Or overthinking,

Everything feels heavy,

Foggy,

And frustrating.

Use this practice as a reset.

You'll awaken your Sacral through movement,

Sound,

And sensation.

Gently shifting yourself back into joy,

Clarity,

And flow.

Do this practice whenever you feel stuck,

Unclear,

Or energetically flat.

You can use it as a once-off to shift your vibration quickly,

Or as a daily ritual if you're calling something big into your life and want to speed up the timeline.

Let it be playful.

Let it be yours.

You don't need choreography,

And you don't need to get the movements right.

You just need to allow your body to move.

By the end of this journey,

You'll feel more lit up,

Aligned,

And alive,

And the universe will feel it too.

Let's begin.

Find a clear space where you can stand and move comfortably.

Let your feet land gently on the floor,

About hip-width apart.

Let your knees soften,

Just enough to feel loose,

Bouncy,

And alive.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And sigh it out,

Releasing any tension.

In your body.

Again,

Deep inhale,

And sigh it out.

If you feel comfortable,

Close your eyes,

Or keep a soft gaze.

Start to feel the music in your body.

Begin to transfer your weight from foot to foot,

Slowly shifting your weight,

Grounding down into the floor.

Relax your shoulders,

Chest,

Arms,

And head.

Allow your body to sway in time with the music.

Feel the movement through your spine.

Feel your neck start to loosen up.

Your belly is soft.

Your jaw unhinged.

Let your breath move freely.

Now,

Start to move your hips from side to side.

Let your hips shift from left to right in time with the music.

Allow your arms to sway.

Move through your sacrum,

Or through your spine.

These joints.

Feel how good it feels to move.

Deep breaths.

Now,

Come back to your center.

Keeping your upper body completely still,

Begin to explore a circular movement with your hips.

Keep your knees soft.

Gyrate your pelvis like you're drawing circles with your tailbone on the floor.

Keep your upper body as still as you can,

Moving only your hips and pelvis.

Grind out these circles and awaken your sexual energy.

Breathe deeply into your belly.

Now,

Pause and change directions.

Drawing smooth circles with your tailbone,

Gyrating your hips,

Keeping your knees soft.

Deep belly breaths.

Really feel the movement in through your lower back and sacrum.

If it feels good to you,

Start to exhale through your mouth.

Deep breaths.

Oiling these joints,

Unlocking the center of your creative fire.

Let the motion come from the inside out.

And come back to center.

Deep breath in.

And exhale all the way out.

Keeping your feet planted,

Start to rotate your upper body from left to right,

Left to right.

Let your arms swing freely.

Let them slap against your body and your legs.

Rotate loosely through your spine.

Keep your knees soft.

Bounce a little.

Allow your body to move completely freely.

Give yourself permission to completely let go.

Allow your face to express whatever emotion you feel.

A smile,

A frown,

A grimace.

Just allow.

And come back to center.

Place both hands on your lower belly below your belly button.

Breathe into your hands.

Feel the energy building here.

This is your sacral center.

Your yes,

Your no,

Your joy,

Your life force.

Now let your body show you joy.

What makes you happy?

Your movement feels good right now.

Which part of your body wants to be seen,

Felt,

Expressed?

Maybe your shoulders want to shimmy.

Maybe your chest wants to open up.

Maybe you want to stretch up towards the ceiling.

Maybe your hips want to sway again.

Whatever's alive,

Let it bleed.

Let the beat guide you.

Completely let loose.

This is your joy body.

This is your magnetism.

This is your yes in motion.

Let sound come through if it wants.

If you want to hum,

Sigh,

Or laugh.

Soften your face.

Let your spirit light up.

This movement is not about burning calories or checking a box.

You're moving to come back to who you are.

You are a being of pure purpose.

And this feeling of aliveness is how the universe hears you.

Continue to move with the light.

When you feel complete,

Begin to slow.

Soften and become still.

Bring your hands to your lower belly again.

Feel the hum and pulse of your own energy.

One more deep breath.

Sigh it out with relief.

Remember,

This joy is your strategy.

The more you can maintain this vibration,

The more aligned your life will become.

Remember,

You don't have to chase.

Just keep saying yes to what lights you up and watch what comes.
