Step out of complacincy and acceptance of the "way things are" and stand in your righteousness! Stand in your boldness! Being you and walking your journey will not always mean reserving your feelings, holding back or compromising your values, or even remaining silent. Sometimes, we have to speak out, stand up for what's right and to be bold in love and kindness. Stand tall today. Breathe deep today. Remember to be bold.

Arrive into a comfortable seated or reclining posture.

Softly close the eyes.

Sink into the support beneath you.

Allow yourself to acknowledge where your breath resides and the sensations of it today.

Inhale expanding the lungs and the ribs and exhale slowly.

You are entering an amazing space.

A space that may be calling for an element that may be new to you.

And that is of boldness.

Do you have a memory in your past of when boldness existed for you?

How did that make you feel?

If it has not happened or isn't currently happening in your life or in this season right now it may sometime soon.

Sometimes we have to take a stand and become bold in order to make the next piece of our destiny fall into place.

That makes sense right?

How can we continue on this journey or on this path if we are constantly resisting or holding back our true feelings,

Our true beliefs and what we value in life?

Expressing kindness and love and being caring are all part of your journey into boldness.

Boldness is a force for good.

It allows you to stand up for what you believe in.

Seek out for injustices and harness those values that you hold dear to you.

This is what boldness is.

This will allow you to take that stand and assume your rightful place.

So if you find yourself in moments or situations of complacency and just accepting what is,

Allow boldness to counsel you to step out of that space and into your bold new self.

Receive this clarity.

Allow yourself to be fair,

Not only with yourself but with those around you and above all be bold.

Remain here in this space for as long as you need.

Allow this feeling to wash over you and internalize what boldness may look like for you moving forward.

Continue to breathe.
