Hello beautiful women and welcome to your womb meditation.
For this meditation we do have a Spotify playlist.
If you would like to look it up and put it on in the background while you do this meditation or find it later,
The title of the playlist is called Moon Magic Womb Meditation.
And so for this meditation as we get started I'd like to offer just creating a really loving,
Comfortable space for you for this meditation.
If you'd like to light a candle or light some incense before laying down.
And as we do lay down on our backs,
Make sure we have enough cushions to support us to be comfortable.
And my favorite position is to roll up a bolster,
A blanket,
A pillow and place that underneath my thighs and then either extending the legs over the bolster or pillow and letting the knees softly bend or even bending the knees and placing soles of feet together,
Letting the legs hang over our prop.
And we will lay the head down and take any last adjustments and movements that feel needed for you before closing your eyes when you're ready.
And from here we will take our index finger and thumb of one hand and match it with the other and create kind of like an upside down triangle with our hands.
With that triangle we'll place it over top of the womb space.
So just under our navel and between the hips on the lower abdomen.
And begin to land here.
Rest into the space you are taking up on the earth.
Rest and nest into your body.
And now notice,
Are you breathing or are you holding your breath?
Start to embrace full breaths in and out of the nose,
All the way down to the belly and into the palms of your hands.
Feel the awareness of your breath,
The power of your breath create a ripple effect from your center where your hands are at your womb.
This ripple effect of softening,
Surrender and letting go.
Scan and see if we can unclench the jaw.
Soften the space between your eyebrows and smooth out the skin on the forehead.
Relax the muscles in the ears,
Down the neck and throat.
And inviting the shoulders to be heavy into the earth beneath.
Letting the breath to be your anchor,
An anchor into the body and an anchor to mother earth.
Using this healing tool of a full breath to harmoniously realign this womb space with nature.
Begin to really unlock,
Unravel.
Following each inhale to fill up the body and each exhale to empty.
Letting the breath to work its magic like a fine tooth comb.
Smoothing gently and intentionally through any knots,
Smoothing out any energetic bumps.
Letting them know with the support of your warm hands,
It is safe here for you to let go.
This become a witness to any emotions,
Any memories or people,
Any thoughts that may appear while you are here in the womb space.
No judgments needed to be had,
Just noticing.
Knowing that everything and anything we are feeling right now is okay.
Whatever we are feeling right now is okay.
And however we are feeling right now is okay.
In this moment we are okay.
Repeat the wave of your next inhalation.
As you exhale offer a deep sigh through an open mouth.
Letting it go.
Take one more if it serves you.
Deep breath in.
As you exhale let it go,
Softening into the seat of the observer now.
You do not need to be in the driver's seat right now.
If we are experiencing any tension,
Choosing to meet this tension with loving awareness and understanding.
Continuing to breathe.
And we will speak directly to this beautiful womb space under our palms now.
We can speak to her.

And what comes through as we say these words to our own bodies?
Sinking deeply into this.

And now with your next inhalation we'll fill up the lungs to the very top of your breath.
And open your mouth,
Let out a sigh.
We'll do this two more times so deep breath in,
Filling up and exhaling empty.
Last time here,
Deep breath in.
As we exhale sweeping out any other energy here that is not ours to carry,
Letting it go.
With a sigh,
Releasing and clearing.
Letting go of anything that is not of our highest good.
And choosing to rest and nest in this beautiful cocoon you have created for yourself.
Choosing to steep here for as long as feels good.
And in your own timing,
Move very softly and very slowly.
When you are ready to come out of your meditation,
