What you focus on grows. Where you place your conscious awareness is where you create energy flow. Positive affirmations are very powerful because they interrupt the fear-based thought circuits of the brain. When these affirmations are repeated over and over again, they begin to take charge of your thoughts, slowly changing your pattern of thinking and ultimately changing your life. Your thoughts create your reality.

Welcome to your practice.

It is known that what you focus on grows,

And where you place your conscious awareness is where you create energy flow.

Positive affirmations are very powerful because they interrupt the fear-based thought circus in the brain.

When these affirmations are repeated over and over again,

They begin to take charge of your thoughts,

Slowly changing your pattern of thinking and ultimately changing your life.

Your thoughts create your reality.

Let's begin by taking a big,

Nice inhale through the nose,

Hold it at the top,

And now open your mouth and exhale and just sigh it out.

And do that two more times.

Big,

Nice inhale through the nose,

Pause the breath at the top,

And now open your mouth,

Exhale as you release,

Let go.

Last one.

Big,

Nice inhale,

Retain the breath.

Now open your mouth and empty it completely,

Feeling a little lighter and a little bit freer.

The words I am are the most powerful words in our existence.

Be very mindful of what you plug in after them.

Whether they're positive or negative,

Whatever you plug in after the words I am,

That's what you become.

Begin to repeat these positive affirmations.

I am healthy.

I am wealthy.

I am strong.

I am loved.

I am creative.

I am expressive.

I am wise.

I am inspired.

Planting them like a seed deep within your consciousness and trusting that they will land on fertile grounds and that they will manifest into your life and into your existence.

And silently just keep repeating these affirmations to yourself,

Linking the breath with the affirmations.

Breathing you say I am,

Exhaling you say healthy.

I am wealthy.

I am strong.

I am loved.

I am creative.

I am expressive.

I am wise.

I am inspired.

Now slowly releasing these affirmations,

Falling back into trust that they were received.

And keep watering these seeds throughout the rest of your day whenever you need to pull your awareness back within and repeat these affirmations.

Take a big nice inhale through the nose,

Open your mouth,

Exhale,

Blink the eyes open and go on through the rest of your day like a true warrior of the heart.
