Upon closing your eyes,

Rest your awareness in the center of your brain,

Collecting your conscious awareness into the middle of the brain,

The penile gland,

Becoming aware of the waves and the calm energy that both can exist and you can choose to be calm but alert.

Expand your consciousness.

You know how to do this.

Expanding beyond your physical body,

Beyond your mind,

Beyond your sensations,

Beyond any disturbance or fluctuations that disturb your calm.

You are the observer of the fluctuations that disturb the peace within the mind,

But you are not entangled in them.

They don't consume you.

You witness them from afar and choose calm and feed the calm simply by resting your awareness in gentleness,

Spaciousness.

Abide in a state of metacognition,

The ability to preserve your own mind.

The mind is the object and you are the witness of this object.

In this present,

You become conscious of the essence of your mind,

Which has a quality of freedom.

The mind's innate nature is freedom.

And you have the ability to rescue yourself from the disturbance,

Fear,

Hopelessness,

And become inherently free.

It is a dimension of who you are that is ever present and you can access it at any time.

You are not cultivating freedom.

You are allowing freedom to be revealed.

It's already there.

Abide in freedom.

In this state of expansion and pure freedom,

You open a gate to return to the experience of being whole.

Your true essence revealing your inherent nature away from the noise and the distractions.

You find yourself and there you are whole again.

Begin to deepen your breath,

Gently moving in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Rub your hands swiftly a few times,

Building up heat in the palms.

And then rest the heels of your hands over your closed eyes.

Feel their warmth and their gentleness.

A reminder that you are your own healer.

Looking inward because sometimes you can see things more clearly with your eyes closed.
