And this meditation is designed to help you cultivate and attract a healthy loving relationship.

Many people struggle with attracting healthy relationships in their lives because of their childhood.

For example,

If you grew up in a household and an environment where love was lacking,

Where maybe your parents fought or maybe one of your parents left you at a very young age,

You might have created a story,

A negative blueprint around love.

And maybe your subconscious mind decided that I'd rather be on my own than be with the wrong person.

Or you might have been attracting the wrong person by attracting someone that is most likely going to leave you.

The good news is that you are the master of your mind.

And this practice is designed to go deep within your subconscious mind and create a healthy story around love and relationships.

So find a very quiet place where you won't be disturbed,

Resting in a position either lying down or seated.

And there's no need for you to repeat these affirmations as they will slowly land deep in your subconscious mind over time.

It is recommended that you listen to this meditation before you go to sleep and practice it for at least 21 days.

If you've had a negative blueprint around love for the entirety of your life,

Whether you're 20,

30,

40,

50,

Or 60 years old,

Then it will take time for you to rewire your brain and create a new story.

And research has shown that practicing meditation for 21 days will achieve that kind of change.

Close your eyes and inhale through your nose.

Send the breath down to your belly.

The belly expands,

The ribs lift,

And the chest lifts.

Open your mouth and exhale.

The chest hugs back in,

The ribs close in,

And the belly hugs in.

Inhale belly,

Ribs,

Chest,

Holding at the top.

Out the mouth,

Exhale chest,

Ribs,

Belly.

Last one,

Through the nose,

Inhale to the belly,

To the ribs,

And chest.

Hold.

Open the mouth and exhale from top to bottom.

Empty the breath completely out of your body.

And allow your awareness to be wrapped in the container of your body.

Feel your presence behind your eyes.

Cutting any cords with the outside world that have been leaking your energy.

And allow this time to be completely for you.

And allow my voice and these affirmations to simply wash over you.

Landing deep,

Deep in your subconscious mind.

I know I am lovable.

Loving me is easy.

It is easy for someone to find me and recognize my value.

Love is all around me,

And I let love in.

Love is easy.

I accept myself as a lovable person.

I easily accept love and approval from others.

I am filled and sustained by love and approval that surrounds me.

I receive an abundance of love because I am lovable.

I give love so easily because I have so much love within me and around me.

I cannot and will not be rejected simply because I am lovable.

I see myself as lovable.

I believe with every fiber in my being that I am lovable.

I believe I am worthy of love.

I see it,

And therefore everyone else around me sees it too.

I am not my past.

I am not my childhood.

I am not my body.

I am not my age.

I am completely,

Utterly,

And totally lovable,

And I always will be.

Unconditionally loved.

Exactly the way I am with nothing to fix,

Nothing to change.

I am whole.

I am complete.

I accept myself as lovable.

I always have been lovable.

I was born lovable.

I always will be lovable,

And now I see it,

And so does everyone else around me.

I accept myself as lovable.

It is easy for me to give love.

It is easy for me to receive love.

It is safe for me to allow love to flow through me and around me.

The more I give,

The more love I receive.

The more I have love to give away.

I have someone to love,

And someone loves me.

I am falling in love with myself right here,

Right now,

In this very moment.

I celebrate myself.

I have all the reasons to love myself.

It is safe for me to love myself.

It is healthy for me to love myself,

And the more I love myself,

The more others around me will love me.

I am warm.

I am funny.

I am smart.

I am kind.

I am magnetic.

I am fascinating.

I am intriguing.

I am interesting.

I am wise.

I am charismatic.

I am attractive.

I believe this with the totality of my being,

And I allow these affirmations to sink deep,

Deep within my subconscious mind,

Until they become my natural,

Habitual way of thinking,

My natural way of seeing the world around me.

I am lovable.

I always have been,

And I always will be.

I am lovable.
