Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is yogi Brian and find a place to lie down.

So maybe roll out your yoga mat,

Grab a blanket,

Maybe stick it on the ground,

Find some extra comfort,

Extra support,

Maybe a bolster,

Maybe a pillow for the head.

Find a place to lie down,

Preferably not your bed.

Hope to stay awake during this meditation,

But if you do fall asleep,

Don't worry about it.

Your body needs the rest.

But maybe tell yourself that you are going to stay awake for this meditation.

Just silently tell yourself,

I will remain awake during this meditation.

And now as you're finding that comfortable spot,

Just allow your body to just fully rest.

Just fully surrender.

Breathing your natural breath.

So nothing to do,

Nothing to control with your breath.

Just in through the nose,

Out through the nose,

Just allowing yourself to settle.

Just allowing yourself to settle.

In through the nose,

Out through the nose,

Just observing the breath.

Arriving to the space you're in.

Noticing the music,

Noticing my voice,

And noticing any other sounds,

External sounds,

In the room,

Outside the room.

Just paying attention to the breath,

Paying attention to the sounds.

And paying attention to your thoughts.

So watching your thoughts come in and watching them come out.

But nothing to do with those thoughts.

You're just watching,

You're just observing.

Inhale and exhale.

Film a wave of relaxation throughout the body from your tips of your toes,

In through your legs,

Up your torso,

In your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Down your legs,

Up your torso,

In your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Through your fingertips,

Up through your arms,

Into the chest,

Into the throat,

Up your chin,

In your face,

Nose starts to tingle,

In your eyes,

Film the forehead,

The entire head,

And then out the crown of your head,

And just feeling the energy,

This present moment energy.

Just feeling this present moment energy,

Nothing to do,

Nothing to control,

Allowing yourself to fully relax here in the moment,

Making that resolve to yourself that you will remain awake throughout the meditation.

But if you do fall asleep,

Then you fall asleep.

No need to worry about it,

No worries in this meditation here.

And if you feel like you get off track,

Just come back to your breath,

Come back to the moment.

Inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to sink even deeper into the mat,

Allowing your eyes to relax,

Your jaw to relax,

Shoulders to relax,

Throat to relax,

Legs to relax,

Fingertips and toes to relax,

Just feeling this relaxation throughout the body,

Allowing yourself to surrender in the moment,

Knowing you're safe here in your space.

Now I want you to think about your day today.

From when you woke up first thing in the morning and watch yourself,

Just take yourself through your day,

Waking up,

Getting out of bed,

Brushing your teeth or taking a shower,

Just take yourself throughout your day.

We'll give you some time,

We'll give you some time to reflect on your day,

Just be the observer,

Watch your day today.

So giving some more time to reflect on your current day,

Taking it through your day,

Leading up to where you are now in your meditation.

So give you another minute,

Visualize your current day up to this meditation.

So now take time to come back to the present moment after reflecting on your day and just allow it to settle,

Allow you to absorb your day and how you're here listening to this meditation.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose,

Allowing you to feel those fingertips,

Feel the toes,

Tip of the nose,

Ears,

Just feeling that energy,

That present moment energy.

And I want you to think of an intention,

A future intention,

A future self,

A future universe,

Find that intention.

And I want you to take it through a day from when you wake up in the morning,

If you could have your ideal life,

No rules,

Everything's in abundance,

Anything you want,

Take it through a full day from when you wake up until you go to sleep of the ideal life,

The ideal day that you dream to have.

So take yourself through that ideal day,

Your dream day,

I'll give you some time.

So continue to go through your dream day,

Continue to observe your future self,

Give you another minute to go through your dream day.

So coming back to the present moment,

Becoming aware of the breath in through the nose,

Out through the nose,

Feel the tip of the nose,

The forehead,

The chin,

The brow line,

Outer edges of the ear,

The air,

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Coming back to that present moment.

So coming back to the present moment in through your nose,

Out through your nose,

Feel the wave of relaxation throughout your body.

You took yourself through your current day,

You took yourself through your dream day.

Now I want you to feel like you're entering a tunnel.

So you're entering a tunnel,

The temperature starts to get warm,

But there's a freshness inside this tunnel.

You're feeling the mountain,

You're feeling the rocks,

You're feeling the grounding energy as you're walking in this tunnel.

You start to see a light at the end of the tunnel,

And you start to see a silhouette of a person at the end of the tunnel.

And this person is walking towards you,

You're walking towards this person,

All you see is a silhouette.

And this light at the end of the tunnel is glowing,

You just feel so much love from this light coming,

You feel so much love for this person walking towards you.

You just feel it in your heart,

It's just this feeling of unconditional love.

And just your feet,

Your toes,

Your fingertips,

Just your whole body has this warm tingling sensation.

And as you're walking,

The silhouette's getting closer and closer,

This person's getting closer and closer.

And as you're walking,

The silhouette's getting closer and closer,

This person's getting closer and closer.

And you notice this person is you,

It's your future you.

You just have so much love for your future self.

I want you to ask your future self,

How did you get there?

Ask your future self,

How did you get there?

Your future self gives you the answers and maybe you want to ask your future self another question,

I'll give you some time to ask your future self whatever you need.

And your future self tells you that he has to go,

She has to go.

And you see your future self turn around and walk the other direction and you walk the other direction.

And you see your future self turn around and walk the other direction.

Coming back to the present moment,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Coming back to the present moment,

Allowing yourself to absorb the answers you have received.

Coming back to that present moment,

Knowing you have everything you need.

Coming back to the present moment,

Knowing the universe is of abundance.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Wiggling the fingers,

Wiggling the toes.

Maybe making circles with the hand,

Circles with the feet,

Head can rock side to side,

Awakening the body.

And knees can come into chest,

You can give yourself a nice hug and nice squeeze.

Just giving yourself some love here,

Giving yourself a hug.

And just showing yourself some gratitude for making it here and meditating today.

The toughest part is just showing up and just doing it.

It's a great job.

Coming into an easy seat,

Legs crossed or legs can be out in front of you.

Just keeping the spine straight,

Chin slightly touched.

Eyes closed.

Hands can rest on the knees,

Either palms facing down for grounding,

Or the palms can be facing up to receive if you need any answers,

Any more answers.

Just taking a couple breaths here.

Just taking a couple breaths here.

Hands come to heart center,

Chin slightly tucks,

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Exhale side out.
