Welcome to your descent into deep, Effortless sleep. This isn't just meditation, This is a message from your future self, From that part of you that already remembers how to let go, How to surrender, How to rest. So now, Lie down, Get super comfortable, Arms a little away from the body, Palms open, Eyes gently closed. Let your body begin to soften, To settle, To surrender, Because there's no right or wrong way to do this meditation, And at some point you'll drift off and fall asleep. But there's no trying, There's no controlling, There's only breathing and listening to the sound of my voice, That's it. And at some point, The sound of my voice will fade away, Your conscious mind will let go, But your subconscious mind will listen and hear everything it needs to hear, Because your subconscious mind wants to relax, It wants to surrender, It wants to fall asleep, It wants to let go, Because your body wants the rest, Your body wants to sleep. Because during this journey, During this meditation, Your conscious mind will surrender, Your conscious mind will let go, And you'll drift off into the most peaceful, Restful, Comfortable sleep. And you soon realize your body is already softening, Your body is already surrendering, Just by listening, Just by being, Just by breathing. Not yet, But in just a moment, Your thoughts will begin to fade, Your breath will begin to slow, And sleep will feel like the most natural thing, Because it is. When you fall asleep, You don't control it, You don't try to fall asleep, You just fall asleep, Because it's natural, It's normal, And the body wants to sleep. And you'll soon relax even deeper, Even more than now, You'll soon realize you can go deeper, You can relax, Because your body wants that. Now begin by bringing your awareness to your toes, Feel your toes soften, All your toes softening, Relaxing, And feel that quiet warmth beginning to spread from your toes to your feet, To your ankles, And as you notice your legs, They notice you, They begin to feel heavier, Your legs feel heavier, And that heaviness drips into your calves, Knees, Thighs, Hips, All the way down now. Now you might feel like your entire lower body has completely disappeared, Now bring your awareness to your belly, Your chest, Your breath, Every breath you take is a command to your nervous system, It's time now, It's safe now, You can fully let go, Your shoulders melt, Your arms lengthen, Your hands become soft, Warm, And open, And your jaw unclenches, Your tongue relaxes, Even the tiny muscles around your eyes begin to forget, Relaxing those tiny muscles around your eyes, Those tiny muscles in your eyelids surrender, They relax, Those tiny muscles in your eyelids feel so heavy and so relaxed that it's impossible to open your eyes, Those tiny muscles in your eyelids feel so heavy and so relaxed, Your whole body feels it, Your whole body goes deeper and deeper. In just a moment, I wonder if you can use that great imagination of yours, And I wonder if you can imagine yourself at the top of 10 steps, Going all the way down, And at the bottom is the most comfortable bed, The most comfortable bed you've ever seen, And in a moment, You'll stand at the top of these 10 steps, Looking down, And each step you take, Getting closer and closer to that most comfortable bed, And each step you take, You relax even deeper, 10 times more than now, 10 times more relaxed, And with every step, The world fades away. Now, Imagine yourself at the top of these 10 steps going down, And you're looking down, Take a step down now, 10, Breathing in, And breathing out, Take that 9th step, Feeling closer and closer to that most comfortable bed, And take that 8th step, Noticing how effortless this is, 7, Like falling backwards into a dream, 6, Your body is so heavy, Your mind so light, 5, Melting, 4, Drifting, 3, Deeper now, 2, Almost there, Almost there to that most comfortable bed, And 1, Lie down in that most comfortable bed, And it feels so good, And you sink, You drop all the way down, Like sleep is already happening, All the way down, Your conscious mind fades away, But your unconscious mind listens and hears everything it needs to hear, Because as your conscious mind falls asleep, Your unconscious mind will reprogram, Reset, So you wake up feeling so good and so ready for everything the universe wants for you. Now, Imagine yourself floating in a vast velvet black sky, No weight, No sound, Just stillness, And far in the distance, You see a single glowing star, A pulse of light, Like it's breathing with you,
