Hello and welcome to this guided meditation. My name is Yogi Brian and it's time to meditate. It's time for you. So find your place, Your spot, Where you can be still, Where you can close your eyes, Where you can relax. Find that place now. You can do this seated or on your back, Roll out a yoga mat, Meditation cushion or sit on a chair, Anywhere where you can keep your body still. And once you find that place, Softly and gently close your eyes. Softly and gently arrive. Softly and gently invite your mind to your space. Softly and gently invite your mind to your body. And during this meditation, All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice. That's all you have to do. And at any time, If your mind drifts away, If your mind wanders away, That's okay. Just bring your mind and your awareness back to your breathing and back to the sound of my voice. And I wonder if you can bring your attention and awareness to your breathing. All your attention, All your focus, All your awareness on your breathing and nothing to do or control with your breath. Just breathe. Just observe your breath. Just notice your breath. Notice your inhale and your exhale. Noticing your inhale and your exhale and your breath. This is your anchor. This is your center. And at any time your mind wanders, Any time during your meditation, Your mind wanders. Just bring your attention and awareness to your breathing. And any time throughout your day, You need to come back to the present moment. Come back to your breathing. Come back to being focused and aware of your breath. Now bring your attention and awareness to your body and feel your body. Observe your body. Notice your body. Scan your body. Now start to relax your body. Relaxing your body. Scanning your body. As you scan your body, You relax the body. As your body relaxes, You scan the body. Whole body relaxes. Shoulders relax. Jaw relaxes. The face melts away. Your tension melts away. All your worries, All your anxieties, Simply dissolve. All your worries, All your anxieties, Fade away. As you breathe and as you listen to the sound of my voice. And as you breathe, As you listen to the sound of my voice, Your mind relaxes. Your conscious mind relaxes. Your conscious mind relaxes more and more because your conscious mind wants to relax. Yes, It does. And your conscious mind wants to hear the affirmation that I'm about to say. In a moment. So allow your conscious mind to surrender. Allow your conscious mind to relax. And your whole body sings deeper and deeper and deeper still. Your whole body relaxes more and more each and every breath you take. And those tiny muscles in your eyelids get so heavy and so relaxed. Those tiny muscles in your eyelids get so heavy and so relaxed that it's hard to open your eyelids. Those tiny muscles in your eyelids are so heavy and so relaxed that you just can't open your eyelids. And in just a moment, I wonder if you can test those eyelids. In just a moment, I'll ask you if you can open your eyelids. But you just won't be able to open your eyelids. Because you're so relaxed and those tiny muscles in your eyelids are so heavy that it's impossible to open your eyelids. Now try to open your eyelids, But you just can't because they're so heavy, They're so heavy, It's impossible to open your eyelids. Now completely relax the body more and more, Deeper down, Deeper down, Relaxing the body more and more, Eyelids so relaxed. And as you breathe, And as you listen to the sound of my voice, And in just a moment, I'll say this affirmation, This abundant affirmation, This money affirmation, And this affirmation will sink deep into your heart space and you'll act as a money magnet. A money magnet will attract abundance, It will attract money as you reprogram your unconscious mind. And as you drift off and fade away, Your unconscious mind will listen and hear and reprogram your mind for abundance. I am a money magnet, I am a money magnet, I am a money magnet, Yes you are, Attracting all the money, Attracting all the ideas and opportunities because you're truly, Easily and effortlessly a money magnet. Yes you are. And allow this affirmation to sink deep into your heart space, Deep down into your heart space, Reprogramming your mind for abundance. I'm a money magnet, And you can say this affirmation over and over again all throughout your day. You can listen to this meditation as many times as you need to, To attract wealth, To attract all the money and abundance, Because you deserve it, Yes you do. I like this one very much! I was almost in a hypnotic trance by the time you got to the affirmation. What was the purpose of your voice dropping back for every other affirmation declaration?
