Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian and find a comfortable spot.
No rush.
Just find your spot.
Allowing the eyes to softly close.
And just breathing in through the nose,
Out through the nose.
Wiping clear any to do list that you have for your day.
And just allowing your mind and your body to settle.
Allowing the breath to flow in and flow out.
Feeling a wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Body starting to relax.
And just feeling the wave of relaxation all throughout your body.
Feeling the facial muscles starting to relax and melt.
And any of the tension in your body is starting to just surrender and relax.
The breath is smoothing out.
Feeling the body relax deeper and deeper each breath you take.
Relaxing deeper and deeper into the present moment.
Knowing you're right where you need to be.
Sing the mantra,
I am love.
On the inhale,
I am,
Exhale love.
Inhale,
I am,
Exhale love.
Let that go in 30 seconds.
Mantra slowly starts to fade away.
Coming back to the breath.
Preparing for the next mantra.
Inhale,
I am,
Exhale peace.
Inhale,
I am,
Exhale peace.

Getting ready for our final mantra.
I am grateful.

Release the mantra when you're ready.
Coming back to the breath.
Taking some time to wiggle the fingers,
Wiggle the toes,
Taking some movements with the body.
Maybe rocking the head side to side.
If you're seated,
Inhale,
Reach the arms up to the sky.
Or if you're laying down,
Reach the arms overhead,
Tuck the toes.
And exhale,
Press the hands down if you're seated or bring the hands down to the side if you're laying down.
Eyes open.
Coming back to the present moment,
Being aware of the sounds.
Bringing the hands to heart center.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out.
Again,
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
