Hello,
This is Yogi Brian.
Welcome to the guided meditation.
Just find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space.
Maybe seated on the floor,
On a yoga mat or meditation cushion,
Or you can lay down on your back.
Just finding that comfortable space there.
When you do just allow the eyes to close,
Soften the eyes,
Just allow them to close.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to control.
Wiping away any to-do list that you have for your day.
Just feeling a wave of relaxation throughout the body.
Just observing the breath right now.
Paying attention to the breath.
It's just your natural breath,
So nothing to do or control with your breath.
Just allow it to be.
Not taking a scan of your body.
Take a scan of your body all the way from the crown of your head to the tip of your toes.
Noticing any tension in the body and see if you can release that tension into the ground.
Whole body starting to relax now.
Now check in with your mind.
Just notice the thoughts in your mind.
Just allow them to be.
Nothing to do or control with your thoughts.
Just allow them to roll in and roll out.
Just like you're watching a movie,
Be the observer.
Whole body starts to relax now.
I want you to visualize looking in to a dirty mirror.
Visualize yourself standing.
Looking at yourself in a dirty mirror.
I want you to look down to your hand.
You notice there's a washcloth in your hand.
I want you to start cleaning the mirror.
Visualize yourself cleaning the mirror.
As you clean the mirror,
You can see yourself more clearly.
As you clean the mirror,
Your mind starts to relax.
As you clean the mirror,
You see more clarity in your life.
As you clean the mirror,
Your breath smooths out.
As you clean the mirror,
Notice how you feel in your body.
As you clean the mirror,
You're almost finished.
Make sure you clean every single piece of the mirror.
Look at yourself.
Gaze into your eyes,
Stare into your eyes.
I want you to tell yourself something.
Encourage yourself with what you're going through right now or what you need.
Tell yourself in the mirror.
Some words of wisdom or affirmations.
Just have a conversation with yourself here.
If you need any answers,
Maybe ask yourself a question.
If you need any answers,

And anything else you'd like to ask yourself here?
Seeing yourself in the mirror here,
Think yourself for any of the questions that were answered or any of the affirmations that were given.
And then when you're ready,
Tell yourself a nice goodbye and slowly walk away from the mirror.
Once you walk away from the mirror,
Start to notice the body and notice your breath breathing in and out,
Nice,
Smooth and steady.
Feeling this wave of relaxation throughout the body,
This contentment,
This peace,
The answers.
And then notice how you're feeling in the mirror.
Maybe circles with the hands,
Circles with the rest,
Wrists,
Head,
Rock side to side.
And if you're laying down,
Arms reach overhead,
Extra long stretch,
Toes tuck.
And then make your way to an easy seat if you're not there already.
Just sitting down,
Legs crossed,
Spine straight,
Chin slightly tucked.
And then bringing the hands to heart center,
Eyes closed.
And just taking a few breaths here.
Nice and smooth.
