Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian Find your comfortable spot your comfortable place the place where your body can remain still You can lie down on your back on a yoga mat or a blanket Or you can sit on a meditation cushion with your legs crossed or your legs however you'd like Or you can sit on a chair But don't overthink it Just find a place Where your body can be still?
Whenever you find that place softly close your eyes and allow yourself to arrive Bringing your attention to your breath Noticing your breath Noticing the inhales and the exhales Giving yourself permission to relax Telling yourself I will relax I will relax And as you tell yourself to relax your mind listens And you start to feel relaxation throughout your body You start to feel your breath smoothing out and slowing down And allow all the tension from your face to melt away Feel in gravity just melt this tension off your face And as this tension melts off your face your shoulders start to relax Your shoulders feel lighter And as your shoulders relax your entire body starts to relax your arms your legs your back Your arms your legs your back And you notice your thoughts are easier your mind is calmer You feel a sense of letting go of surrendering to the present moment And you start to notice sounds in your room in your space And these sounds are in their natural environment so these sounds relax you even more and more Every sound you hear relaxes you even more and more Being fully in the present moment connected to your breath connected to your body and connected to your mind And there's nowhere else you need to be than right here right now And you'll start to say this mantra I'll guide you inhale I am Exhale brave Inhale I am Exhale courageous Inhale I am Exhale strong Inhale I am Exhale brave Inhale I am Exhale courageous Inhale I am Exhale strong Keep saying this mantra over and over to yourself I'll give you two minutes Over and over to yourself I'll give you two minutes So So Now allow this mantra to sink deep deep into your heart You can feel this inner strength this inner fire Because you're stronger than you think you are Yes you are and at any point during the day you start to feel weak you can come back to this mantra You can come back to this meditation I am brave I am courageous I am strong I am strong
