This meditation supports clear communication and the courage to express your authentic voice by tapping into the throat or Vishuddha Chakra.
I'd like to invite you now to make yourself comfortable with your eyes closed if it feels safe for you.
Take a slow breath in and as you exhale,
Allow it to relax and release any tension as we prepare for six rounds of breath work.
We're going to practice a five-second breath in and a five-second breath out.
This is known as equal parts breathing.
And again remember,
If you don't feel comfortable at any point in time,
Just relax and resume a breath that does feel comfortable for you.
On your next breath in,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
And then breathe normally and naturally,
Allowing the benefits to percolate into your system for a few moments.
Gently bring your awareness to your throat and imagine an exquisite turquoise glowing at the center of your throat,
Radiating a calm and clear energy throughout your being.
With each breath in and out,
Imagine this turquoise light expanding,
Clearing tension from your throat and neck.
Your voice matters and your truth deserves space.
I'd like to now invite you to repeat in your mind or out aloud,
I express myself clearly and calmly.
My voice carries truth and kindness.
I communicate with ease and authenticity.
I express myself clearly and calmly.
My voice carries truth and kindness.
I communicate with ease and authenticity.
Allow your breath to flow naturally in your throat region.
Before we end today's meditation,
I'd like to invite you to join me for the next meditation where we move from clear expression.
In this meditation,
Awareness begins to awaken intuition and inner clarity,
Deepening your insight with the third eye,
Also known as the Ajna or Ajna Chakra.
Namaste.
