Transcript

Start by finding a comfortable seated position or perhaps a position where you're lying down covered by a blanket supported by a pillow.

If you're seated,

Do your best to elevate your spine and then allow your hands to rest gently on your lap.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Allow your eyes to close softly.

Continue taking a few deep breaths in and out through your nose and then exhale fully through your mouth.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to relax right here,

Right now into this present moment.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center,

The space that exists in the middle of your chest.

Visualize a warm radiant light glowing in this space and it is emanating immense love and compassion.

With every inhale,

Imagine this light expanding and see it growing stronger.

Allow it to to fill your entire chest cavity with its warmth,

With its brightness.

And then with each breath,

Feel your heart opening and expanding.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Call to mind in memory a moment,

An experience,

One that fills your heart with gratitude and appreciation.

It could be any moment,

A moment of love,

A connection of joy.

It could be a past moment,

A present moment,

A future moment.

Whatever that moment is that you've chosen,

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory.

Relive the feelings of gratitude,

Of appreciation and feel them as if they were happening right now in this moment.

Feel them,

Feel the sensations of of warmth,

More expansion in your heart.

Yes,

There,

That's it.

Now shift your focus to your breath.

Begin to sink your inhales and exhales almost with the rhythm of your heart.

You'll notice I believe you,

You know.

And imagine your breath just flowing in and out of your heart center,

Just creating this sense of coherence and of harmony.

With each breath,

Feel your heart and your breath coming into alignment.

And feel,

Really and feel and embody this,

This creation,

This powerful state of coherence that that you,

You are cultivating within right now within your body.

Now I want you to bring your attention a little higher up.

We're going to go up to your pineal gland and that's located in the center of your brain.

And then in that moment,

Let's actually take a big breath in and from your base,

From your genitals all the way in and up through your belly,

Through your abdomen,

Kind of squeeze and draw this line in up,

Up through the heart space,

Up through the pineal gland and then hold and then exhale,

Release.

And then now in the center of your mind and your brain in the pineal gland,

Visualize a soft glowing light radiating from this space and,

And,

And allow it to connect down to the heart center.

And if you need to practice a few more of those activating breaths of squeezing and pulling in to start to activate and open this channel,

Feel free.

And with each of those breaths,

You'll feel and start to,

To generate this golden light.

Notice it expanding from your pineal gland,

Feel it merging,

Merging,

Connecting,

Bridging the gap with this warm radiant light from your heart.

And feel the connection between your pineal gland and your heart growing stronger and stronger and stronger with each and every breath.

And now may you feel a sense of clarity and insight flooding into your awareness as your pineal gland becomes a channel,

An open channel for receiving divine guidance and inspiration.

And take a moment to either silently or even out loud,

Affirm to yourself,

I am in coherence with my heart and pineal gland.

I am connected to the infinite field of possibilities.

Now visualize yourself surrounded by a field of golden light.

This represents the infinite possibilities that exist within you.

And see yourself stepping into this field and feel a sense of empowerment and potential.

Stand tall,

Lift through your heart.

And as you stand in this field of infinite possibilities,

This field surrounded by golden light,

Imagine yourself embodying your highest potential.

You're living a life of purpose,

Of passion and fulfillment.

And take the next few moments to bask in this state of coherence and alignment,

Knowing,

Trusting that you have the power to create that life that you desire.

To go on,

Keep opening your heart.

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your physical body.

Feel grounded,

Feel present right in the here and now.

And then together,

Let's take a final deep breath in.

Cultivate,

Pull,

Deep inhale.

And exhale,

Release it.

Slowly begin to open your eyes and take a moment to reflect on your experience that you just had.

If you feel called,

Feel free to journal.

And then do your best,

Your very best,

That's all we can do.

But do your best to carry this sense of coherence and alignment with you as you go about your day.
