Let's take a seat in Sukhasana,
Easy pose,
With the hands on the knees or in your lap.
Close down your eyes,
Sit nice and straight with your shoulders rolled and relaxed down your back,
Aware of your sit bones,
Grounding down into the mat,
Your attention to the parts of your legs and feet that are touching the mat,
Allow them to sink in further,
Relax your facial muscles and make sure you need tension in the neck,
Shoulders and upper back,
In through your neck to travel to the abdomen,
As you breathe out slowly and smoothly,
Observe the breath traveling out of your nose,
You to be with your breath in stillness,
Prepare yourself for your practice,
If any thoughts come to your mind,
Just observe them and let them float away to let them affect you or distract you,
