Start your day with calmness, clarity, and presence. This gentle morning practice invites you to connect with your breath, awaken your body, and set a positive intention for the day ahead. Take a few mindful moments just for yourself — to tune in, align with your inner self, and set the tone for the day with ease and lightness.

Good morning everyone and welcome to our morning meditation session.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

You can sit on a cushion,

Folded blanket or yoga block.

Something that gently lifts your hips above your knees.

Sit crossed-legged or in any way that feels comfortable for your body.

If sitting on the floor is not comfortable,

You can also sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.

Just choose whatever suits you.

Let your spine grow tall naturally.

Relax your shoulders.

And let your hands rest on your knees or in your lap.

Palms facing down for grounding or up for openness.

It's up to you.

Gently close your eyes.

And let yourself arrive.

With next inhale,

We start to focus on our breathing.

Try to notice your breath.

We don't need to change it.

We just need it to feel it.

Inhale.

Let your breath guide you into this moment.

And your breathing.

Nothing else.

We try to don't fall asleep again.

We are here.

Right now.

Right here.

With next inhale,

Gently bring your awareness to your physical body.

How does your body feel this morning?

How are you feeling?

What sensations are present?

Softness?

Tension?

Warmth?

Whatever is here,

Just notice it.

No judgment.

No evaluation.

We just notice it.

We notice and observe our feelings,

Our physical feelings.

And with next inhale,

Ask yourself.

How do I feel today?

How do I feel mentally?

And let this question move through you.

You don't have to find any words for it.

You can simply notice emotions,

Energy,

Move,

Be honest,

Be open,

Be kind with yourself.

And with next inhale,

Ask yourself.

How do I want to feel today?

And let the answer arise naturally.

Maybe you want to feel calm,

Strong,

Joyful,

Happy,

Full of life.

Whatever is it,

Just let the feeling take space in your body,

In your mind,

In your heart.

With each breath,

Imagine that feeling is growing.

With inhale,

You welcome it in.

And with exhale,

You let it spread through your whole body.

Let this feeling become your quiet intention for today.

And stay with it for a few more moments.

Be aware of all these feelings.

Breathe,

Feel,

Be.

And when you are ready,

Slowly,

Gently,

Bring your awareness back to the room.

Move your fingers and toes.

Gently stretch it if it feels good.

And when it feels right,

Open your eyes and smile on it.

Carry this feeling into your day with presence,

Softness and trust.
