Tree Spirit Opening Energy From Source

We ask Tree Spirit to enhance our connection to Mother Earth and Source. Judgments and fear shut down the flow of Universal energy like a tree whose roots are disconnected from the Earth. We relax into the alpha state and invite in Source energy by opening the earth star chakra. This was a very powerful practice for me so be gentle with yourself if that is the case for you.
