So here we're going to do some group meditation.
There is a benefit in people meditating as a group.
Of course you have your benefits when you meditate by yourself,
Which helps you to reach higher states of consciousness,
Of spiritual growth.
But there's also,
When you meditate in the group,
Many things happen when you meditate with people in the group,
Regardless of distance.
So even though we're doing this here online,
There's a lot of benefit when you meditate with people in the group,
Especially if you're using brainwave and trainment,
Which we'll be using today.
And people are using this simultaneously.
So in areas where you need to grow,
Other people can help you,
Push you in that direction as opposed to when you're doing it by yourself.
So they both have the pros and cons.
So I always recommend that people do both.
So I have my daily meditation,
Which I do every day on my own.
And of course,
Once a while,
Maybe once a week where I try to meditate with a group of people,
Either doing traditional methods or doing brainwave and trainment,
Where we all meditate to the same binaural beat patterns simultaneously.
Today,
We're going to be meditating in alpha.
And alpha is the bridge way between meditation and wakefulness.
But there's a lot of benefits in alpha.
The benefits in alpha is you can decrease anxiety,
You can lower depression,
You can boost creativity,
And you can increase your tolerance for pain.
And the list goes on of all the different things that happens in alpha.
So today,
We'll be doing 25 minutes.
The actual energy program,
Which I produce,
Is actually an hour.
It's an hour program where you do every single day,
And there's 13 levels to the actual energy program.
But here,
We're just doing 25 minutes where you get a taste of what alpha can do.
And feel free to,
After doing this session,
Feel free to do this every day until the next time we do our group session,
Which will be in the theta stage.
