Yeah,
We're back for another session,
Another meditation session.
This week we're going to be meditating in the default mode network,
The DMN.
It's another set of brainwave frequencies that hasn't been researched yet.
This is experimental.
This is something I learned in my workshops in regards to the deeper,
The slower brainwaves that are below epsilon,
Or they're below delta epsilon,
Default mode network,
Iota,
And yeah,
After Iota,
I don't think there's anything else,
At least not that we know of yet.
And there's others too.
We're going to explore another brainwave next week,
Or not next week,
But the week after in a higher,
Really,
Really high brainwave that's above the lambda,
But again,
Experimental,
Do this with caution.
So if you want to do this 25 minutes,
25 minutes shouldn't hurt because you're not going to be doing an hour of this.
So 25 minutes will give you a taste of what the default mode network frequencies can do.
So if you can,
Get your headphones,
Got to use headphones for this.
This is always a must when it comes to using binaural beats.
Yeah,
But the my binaural beats are a lot more advanced than the other ones that you'll see online,
Especially on YouTube and stuff like that.
I'm sure of it because of the methods that are being used that a lot of people don't know how to use,
But I was fortunate to not to learn how it works.
And a lot of the stuff I discovered on my own.
And I also had help from experts who've been in this field much longer than myself.
So if you get your headphones ready,
Doing the default mode network,
Put them on,
You can also breathe before starting,
Just breathing deep into your nostrils,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And again,
You don't have to focus on anything.
You don't have to do anything unless you have an actual practice that you want to incorporate with these frequencies.
You can do that,
But you don't have to.
You can just sit there with your eyes closed,
Breathing through your nostrils,
Sitting up,
And that's it.
All right.
The frequencies on the soundtracks does all the work for you.
And it's not the nature sounds or whatever sound that I'm using,
What I'm using nature sounds or singing bowls or anything that sounds that.
That's not the stuff that's doing what I'm speaking of.
I'm talking about the frequencies that have been specifically designed behind that are embedded in the actual soundtracks.
So it's not the nature sounds itself.
Some people think it's the nature sounds and say,
That was soothing.
Nature sounds will soothe you.
They'll do all that stuff.
They'll relax you and all that.
But when I'm speaking up,
There's a technology behind the nature sounds of the singing bowls that has a profound effect on your brain and nervous system that can push you into deeper levels of emotional,
Mental and spiritual growth.
But at the same time,
Nature sounds and all that stuff,
They benefit you too in a different way,
Especially singing bowls.
They're highly effective.
They just have different purposes.
And it's something you can blend them too.
You can blend them together and all that.
So,
And I can also take nature sounds and Tibetan singing bowls and make that binaural.
So I can take those sounds and make that binaural as well.
So all that type of stuff can be done.
So I can make it in a way that will be binaural to you,
Or I can take any type of music,
R&B,
Hip hop,
Trap,
And I can make that binaural classical music.
I can make that binaural.
All right,
So we'll get started.

So that was a DMN,
The default mode network.
So there's a bunch of,
They realized that there are frequencies much slower that are taking place in deeper parts of the brain.
And if you can act,
And if you cannot stimulate those,
That can lead to other things.
I actually think this is a theory of mind,
But I actually think that when you're in those frequencies it will actually,
If you take,
If you take a psychedelic,
It will actually stop the psychedelic from being effective actually.
Which is interesting.
I think it's in those areas where it can actually stop the process of that and still reap the benefits of what a psychedelic or plant medicine can provide you.
You can get all of that without getting,
Without getting the high.
So that's something interesting,
But this is just a theory.
This is speculation at this point.

We don't know a lot about it.
I've been experimenting with it for probably about a year now.
But I still don't have all the information that can provide you as of yet,
But I'm still working on it because I take these notes,
I take notes down to find out what each of these brainwaves are doing.
So right now I have a lot of speculation and also I don't have other people doing it.
So I can't,
I'm not getting any,
I can't get any feedback except for my own.
