This week we're going to be meditating in gamma slash hyper gamma.
So that's the brainwaves are about 35 hertz to 100 hertz.
So why is gamma so important?
Because gamma is important.
It's beneficial in regards to cognition,
Improving your cognition,
Problem solving skills,
Information processing,
Creativity.
Gosh,
What else?
Attention span increases your attention.
Attention span.
The list goes on.
People who produce more gamma than the average person would be like yogis,
Spiritual gurus,
Monks,
Highly intelligent human beings,
Geniuses.
That's the type of thing.
So they produce more gamma than the average person.
So anyone can increase their,
Their amount of gamma and everyone produces gamma.
And you go through gamma all the time when you get excited and when you get a sense of euphoria,
All these cases,
You're producing some certain amount of gamma.
If you bite into a fruit that moment when you bite into it,
When you get that sense of qualia,
You're producing gamma.
But it only lasts for about a few seconds.
But when they did brain scans on monks and advanced meditators,
They realized that these people were able to hold gamma much longer than the average person.
So that's why it's that important.
And people who are producing more gamma get more zest in life.
They see life,
They see reality from a different standpoint because they're processing more information that's happening in their environment.
So that's why we like to get people to produce,
To teach them how to train themselves in gamma.
So if you get your headphones ready,
Put them on,
You can be listening to gamma for about 25 minutes or so.
And that's it.
So make sure you're sitting with your back straight,
Your eyes closed.
