Hello everyone,

Morgan here,

Unity Meditation.

So this is our third session and we're gonna be using Delta brainwaves.

Delta is an interesting brainwave because that's the brainwave of deep sleep.

So the whole idea is to have the capability of producing Delta while awake.

So it's an interesting brainwave.

Very few people can produce Delta while awake.

Well,

You're always producing all the different stages,

But to be more prominent in that state is difficult while awake.

And for those who are able to do that while awake,

That's usually people who are advanced meditators,

People who are very charismatic,

Charismatic leaders,

You know,

The mystics,

The gurus,

They're able to produce,

At least some of them,

Are able to produce more Delta.

So Delta is a very important brainwave.

Also,

It's the brainwave that activates Kundalini energy.

So if you're trying to activate Kundalini,

Which I advise you to be real careful when it comes to that,

Delta is the state that you would activate Kundalini.

So,

And if you activate Kundalini,

And for those who have gone through that,

Knows the powers of Kundalini,

The potential of Kundalini and what that can do,

Which can lead to a Kundalini awakening,

Which is one of the most mind blowing experiences a human being can possibly have,

But there's levels even higher than that.

But if you're talking about the psychic level of being a Kundalini is one of the,

Definitely one of the highest.

So we're gonna start meditating.

Oh,

I must also let you know that Delta,

Just because you're resonating to Delta,

It doesn't mean that your brain will be producing Delta because Delta is a very difficult brainwave to produce while awake.

So you're gonna be meditating to Delta,

But you're probably producing a triple state Theta state,

A triple state Theta.

So because it takes a lot of time to get you into Delta,

You're only doing 25 minutes here.

But if you're doing an hour,

It would take you about 20 minutes to try to get to a Delta.

And then it tries to keep you in Delta for 40 minutes.

But in this case,

It's 25 minutes.

So don't expect that you'll be producing Delta,

But over time you can learn to produce more Delta quickly.

So we get our headphones,

Just like the last two weeks,

You're putting on your headphones,

You're sitting up with your back straight and eyes closed.

You don't have to do any mantras or anything of that sort.

But if you want to,

You can,

If you have a method that you always use,

But the meditation meditates you because it's brainwave entrainment based on binaural beats and vortex-based mathematics,

Which I use to create the perfect sound for enlightenment,

For spiritual awakening,

Enlightenment,

Personal growth,

Spiritual growth,

Emotional,

Mental,

All that stuff,

Which happens by knowing how to use the right frequencies and stuff to refine the brain and the nervous system.

So as you have your headphones on,

Hopefully your eyes closed,

Back straight,

And I'll see you on the other side.

Take off your headphones.

And that's Delta.

Well,

At least you're resonating,

Trying to resonate to Delta.

But that's the Delta brainwave that's been produced,

Which I produced to try to get you into resonating with Delta.

So that's it for this week.

Next week,

We're going to do Gamma,

Which is a fast brainwave.

So what we've been doing was Alpha,

Theta,

Delta,

So that these brainwaves slows down to Delta,

Which is about like,

Say four to one Hertz.

So it's very,

Very slow.

But next we're going to be doing Gamma and Hyper-Gamma,

Which is very fast,

Was the Gamma,

Hyper-Gamma is from 30 to 100 Hertz.

So it's going to be really,

Really fast.

So that's going to be something for next week.

All right.

So stay tuned and also feel free to do this every day until the next session,

If you choose to for 25 minutes to get the most benefit.

Also do it with your friends.
