Good morning,

Welcome to another episode of your You Only Live Once,

Your unique magnetic momentum channel.

And this is Hani.

And today we're going to be doing a three minute morning meditation for a beautiful bright day.

Allowing yourself to take a deep breath into your entire body now.

Breathing in,

Imagine yourself expanding yourself to every corner of the earth.

Exhale and expand like a starfish,

Energetically reach.

Breathing in again,

Drawing the symbiotic earth energy through the bottom of your feet or the parts of your body that's touching the floor or the bed or the mat or the parts of you that's touching the ground indirectly or directly.

And breathe in,

Drawing that energy up.

And as you exhale,

Interlace your fingers and allow that to reach and elongate to the spine,

Chin to chest,

Shoulders down,

Rib cage in,

And pelvis neutral.

As you exhale,

Stretching out again.

And inhale and exhale.

Release your arms,

Drawing a big circle all the way around you.

Allow yourself to take a quick body scan across your body from bottom to top,

Noticing any tension,

Any movement that needs to be made to release any tension.

Breathing in.

Take one spot,

If it's your lower back or if it's your knee or your thigh,

Put both palms onto that spot and rub it till you feel the warmth of your palm on that spot.

Breathing in.

And as you exhale,

Give it a gentle squeeze or a gentle massage to give it a tension,

Connect with it,

And see if you can release the tension there or allow it to feel better or assist it in moving or entangling.

Breathing in.

And as you exhale,

Join the skin together and pull it in the opposite direction of the tension.

Breathing in,

Moving your arms to the sides of your body.

You may gently tuck your ribs in and allow your arms to slowly close your rib cage,

Palms facing each other,

Leaving your body,

Gently removing the tension from your hands and placing your hands gently by your side.

Breathing in.

Drawing the energy now from all around you of the golden white light,

Rejuvenating waterfall energy,

Feeling a fresh rain on a sunny day.

Breathing in.

Washing away any and all energy that is not in resonance to your authentic benefit today and in your actions.

Taking a deep breath in,

Breathing in all that beautiful glistening golden energy of confidence,

Joy,

Productivity,

A spring in your step,

And focus.

Imagine yourself feeling that,

Doing that,

Acting that,

Being that.

And as you exhale,

Ground that energy all the way,

Let it run through your entire body and ground that into the center of the earth.

Breathing in,

Beautiful glistening white light.

And exhale,

Anchor into your actions,

Into your reality,

Into your mouse clicks,

Your typing,

Your footsteps today.

And one more time,

Breathing in,

Receive all of who you are,

Your essence,

Your ownership,

Your direction,

Purpose.

And exhale,

Anchor that,

Seeing roots grow all the way through the center of the earth,

Through the multidimensional earth,

All the way across to the infinite realms and beyond.

Breathing in one last breath.

Refreshing yourself,

Filling yourself with joy,

Ease,

Flow,

Taking action with ease and flow,

Ease and flow.

Getting all the most important things done,

Done,

Completed,

Gliding with grace,

Ease,

Flow,

Confidence,

And relaxation.

And as you take an inhale in,

Open your eyes and get ready to take your next action with ease and flow.
