Allow your shoulders to drop down,

Get into your comfortable position,

Whether that is kneeling or cross legged position,

Arms reaching back to your shoulders or from your shoulders,

Clasping your palms together and then reaching back all the way,

Lift your chin up,

Allow your spine to stack on top of one another and breathe into the space behind your shoulders right where your spine is.

Remember,

Shoulders down and as you exhale,

Release every and all tension in your body.

Loving breath,

Breathing in,

Nose facing to the sky and releasing everything.

Alright now doing some cat and cows while seated,

You may put your palms on your knees and moving your shoulders back and forth,

Up and down,

Curving in like a C,

So shoulders to pelvis like a C,

Belly in,

Shoulders back,

Chin down,

Breathing in here,

Let it go,

Breathing in again and letting it go.

And then doing a snake,

Rolling your chin to the front shoulders and then have your back and your spine follow,

Shifting your head from side to side,

Allowing your body,

Your upper body to wake up,

Doing any and other twists and motions that you feel like would allow your body to open up today.

Breathing in and out continuously,

Allowing all of the fingers in your mind to melt away into the center of the earth.

Breathing in golden light,

Light from above,

Your source of inspiration,

Unconditional love,

Support and complete and utter acceptance,

Breathing that in,

Imagine golden white light coming from the skies into your head,

Into your body and breathing that in.

And then allowing that white light to flood your entire body,

Letting go of all of the negativity,

All of your thoughts from the previous moments and all of the thoughts of the future.

Breathing into the beautiful white light and exhale,

Releasing all that's in your world right now into the center of the earth,

Dropping your shoulders,

Seated upright and kneeling or cross-legged,

Allowing your spine to stack on top of one another vertebrae by vertebrae,

Sitting up tall,

Keeping your eyes closed.

And allowing the rest of the worries and the thoughts in your mind to let go right now,

Let them slip into the center of the earth in big fires,

Blue and purple flames all around you,

Let all of the past pains,

The worries,

The curiosities,

The ideas,

Whatever it is that's in your system right now,

Let them all burn away,

Cleansing,

Resetting.

And allowing yourself to really let all of that old identity,

Old stuff in your system burn away,

Breathing in and release.

Breathing in and release.

Notice if there's any tensions in your head,

Shoulders,

Temples,

Neck,

Back,

Thighs.

Let those go too.

I want you to imagine a golden white light with pink and yellow.

Sparkles shining into your heart,

Breathing that light with the focus of your inner eye onto your heart,

Breathing that in.

Letting that flow into your legs and into the sea below.

Letting that beautiful light in,

Allowing your heart to expand.

Letting that flow.

Letting that flow.

Breathing in immense gratitude.

Shower your entire body with that.

And also noticing your intentions for today.

Is it to heal,

Let go?

What number are you right now?

Where are you right now?

Maybe it's just simply feel good.

Where are you right now?

Make a note to mirror.

Let's go up one to ten.

Where you were in the beginning.

Breathing in and connecting to a place of divine love.

Love that's unconditional,

That lives inside the universe's abundant source.

Everything that's aligned to you,

Everything that is meant and is calling forth for you is all here.

All the things and all the experiences and all the feelings that you've always wanted and you have dreamed of.

Breathe that in.

Let yourself be present to the fact that it's already here.

Already in your heart,

Already in your body.

Breathing that in with every breath,

Fill your body up with more and more beautiful lights.

Let yourself be present to the fact that it's already here.
