Breathing in all the way to the bottom of your belly and release everything, Any tensions, Any resistances of past or even in the present any stresses, Any overwhelm, And any confusions. I want you to imagine a golden white light right above your head. 300 floors above you. This golden white light contains your ultimate and true confidence. The recognition and the acknowledgment that you are on the right path. All that you need to connect and attract the people who are here to support you. And some people's missions who are aligned to your mission and to support your mission. And so that golden white light is able to activate that. Breathe that into your body and release anything that doesn't resonate with that into the center of the earth in a black hole down to the bottom of the ground. At the same time you want to imagine blue and purple flames all around you. Releasing every breath, All the tension and resistances and negative feelings that may reside in you consciously or unconsciously. Allow yourself to really connect to that inner sense of light and allowing yourself to breathe into that sensation of light and sensation of strength and sensation of connection. And allowing every single cell in your body to open up to receive whatever is in the highest and most good for you and also the highest and most vibrant sense of flow with you. Releasing anything that wants to be let go of. As you listen to the drumming, I want you to imagine inviting out within you elements that may stop you from reaching your goals, Conscious or unconscious, From the past, Way, Way, Way back, Or even in the present and perhaps even in the future. Any emotions, Any ideas, Any patterns, You don't have to know them specifically. Trust that you can breathe in and connect with them. And I want you to invite you to breathe into them and exhale them out. Continuously going deeper and deeper, Reaching deeper and deeper to release these sensations and whatever it is that's stored that can now be released. Any feelings or feeling, Where am I going to find what I need? Can you even sit on it? Any feelings of can I actually do this? Any and all feelings of feeling doubt? Question? Stress? Concern? Resistance? Invite them all with your breath as you breathe into all of those spaces honoring these emotions, Especially the protective layer that sometimes it creates. Do you want to keep you in the same spot or do you want to keep you from moving as fast or as powerfully as you can? I want you to imagine that as a crust around you, As a fold in your back, Your true momentum, Your true magnetism. Your true ability to do this with ease. Can you imagine any of those items that are holding you back, Either intertwined with who you are or as a layer that prevents you from growing and reaching your potential? Sometimes because you simply haven't done it before and the fear of unknown is sometimes way bigger than what you even may know. I invite you to breathe into that, Any and all fears that stops you from moving forward in the way that you desire to. And releasing as much as you are allowing yourself to today into the center of the earth or into the imaginary blue and purple flames that are all around you. I invite you to breathe into that, Any and all fears that stops you from growing and reaching your potential. I invite you to breathe into that, Any and all fears that stops you from growing and reaching your potential. I invite you to breathe into the back of your shoulders, Releasing any tension, Any feeling of having to bear the weight of so many. Release it. Breathe into your brain, Your face, And your jaw. This golden white healing energy from above. Release any tensions, Any frustrations, Anything that is moving you or distracting you from your focus. Just like using a fork, Twirling around a long string of spaghetti. Pull all of those unnecessary thoughts. You don't have to know what they are specifically. You're kind of lying them out. With your breath, Exhale that. Keep breathing into that and allow that string of unuseful ideas or unuseful attitudes come through. Breathe into your back, Front and back. Breathe into your lower back. Breathe into those areas. Release. Breathe in breathing into your organs and your intestines, Your inner machine, Your inner support, Your inner guidance, Your inner system that supports your whole being. If there's anything that is unneeded within there that may stop you from moving forward, Powerfully, Release that soon. Making sure that the fire burns it away once and for all. And then your sacrum and your knees and your legs. Open yourself up to this unlimited source of energy and think whatever was here before. Continue opening yourself up and clearing, Making room for this new being, For this new reality. Continue momentum, However fast, However slow, However speed it wants to come through to you. But kind of give that declaration of, I'm ready. Give that readiness into your system and into your body for this change. Give it an alignment to where you want to go. Not only that I'm ready, But bring me everything. Everything that I need. The support, The people, The team, The clients. Breathe into that. Drawing them all over the town, All over the nation. Imagining all of those little light bulbs and all of those little pieces light up around the globe, Around the area, Wherever they may be. And as you breathe in, Draw them in closer. At the same time, Breathe in trust. And as you exhale, Expand that trust within yourself. Opening yourself up more and more. Draw the places and the spaces and the people that you're meant to connect with, To come towards you. Everything that you put out to attract those who are best fit to receive what it is that you have to offer. And that's the person that you know you are when you see not only one person show up in this way. But life starts to invite more and more of these people and opportunities that are exactly what you've been intending on and that you've been looking for. Imagine it's the end of six months or even a year. And you have everything that you want in today's desired outcome. And everything is not only running smoothly, But it was leaving it beyond your imagination. I want you to imagine how you walk and how you hold yourself in that space. Looking around at your achievements and looking around at what has been created from a place of you just being you. And doing what you know that you've always wanted to do. Breathe into that and invite as much of that into you as possible. Allowing that to flow into the best of your day today. So effortlessly and so expansively. Releasing anything that may resist this energy. Invite more of that in. Coat your entire day with this newfound confidence. A different dimension of it. Notice what it feels like in your body. Notice what it feels like in your fingers. Notice what it feels like in your arms. As you direct that breath through every cell, Muscle, Nerve, And energetic body of yourself. Kind of allow that to shake it in. Make its way into every corner of you. And enjoy the sensation, However it wants to be in you. It's all right. All correct. Now I want you to breathe into that as large of a breath as you can. Having the abundance of all that you've asked for. And then as you breathe out, I want you to imagine a big white root growing into the center of the earth. And then surrounding this strongly, Palating like a really old, Beautiful tree. That's wide and strong and large and centered. And continuously sending those roots down into the ground. And spread and continue growing, Activating everything within you that's on this path. Allow me to not only take the action, Smoothly take the action with deliberation. Take the actions with your unique essence, With your unique leadership, Your unique magnetic momentum. Also known in short as yum. So feel it in your body, That sensation when you are that bigger, Brighter person. And that trust of everything that you do today. The cannon will come from this place. Breathe in that confidence. Breathe in that knowing and breathe in that trust. And allow that to expand throughout your whole body. Breathe into that again. Extend it throughout this whole room. You may move your legs in front of you, Gently. If you wish, You straighten them out as you breathe in through your legs. As you do a little bit of a forward bend stretch, Hinging gently on your hips, Back straight. Extend this energy throughout the entire city. Move your toes back and forth, Breathing into that again. Lifting your shoulders and hold back. And as you exhale, Allow it to spread throughout the entire country as you bend a little bit more. Giving yourself a little bit more of a stretch, Wherever you feel like you need a stretch. And at the same time as you're breathing into it again, Finding another stretch. Expand this energy throughout the entire earth. Moving into it again, Finding a different stretch or a deeper stretch. Expand it to the entire solar system. Imagine your desired outcome at a 10 out of 10. Breathe into that. And spread it into the universe. Raising your arms right to the top. One arm holding the other arm and twist to one side, Just a slight gentle bend. Breathing into this. Release it into the entire Milky Way. And back to center, Moving in. Hold the other arm bend to the other side. Moving into this space of your desired outcome. Letting all of it go into a side button. Now into it again. And let it expand throughout the entire infinite space. The past has a future, Everything has a future. Moving your neck a little bit, Gently stretch out your neck a little bit. But listen to your body to allow it to do, Tell you what it needs to do. As you breathe into those tension pieces as well as your arm. And with every breath release that and come back to present moment. Whenever you're ready you may gently open your eyes. And receive this day again.
