What you want and what you desire sometimes already exists in the form of energy and in the form of relaxation and in the form of vibration. So today we're going to do a meditation that is about connecting to that version of ourselves in a different timeline, In a parallel universe. So whenever you're ready, Just get into your meditative position, Stretching your arms to the top, Deep breathing as always, Taking your yummy deep breath, Breathing all the way into your stomach, Setting an intention for today of which version of yourself you want to be in, And then exhaling, Releasing everything in your system, Breathing deeply in and releasing. What I want you to do now is allow yourself to notice any and all tension in your body as you breathe into those spaces and release them. Using your palms on your knees or on your thighs, Allowing your whole body to release, Relax and reduce and release everything that was prior to this day and everything in the future. Breathing into that and release. At the same time, Imagine blue and purple flames all around you, Cleansing and cleaning every negative and heavy lower vibrational reality or emotion, Even traumatic pieces are in your energy and system. Breathing into those and imagining and clearing everything inside of you and around you in the space that you're in. Lighting it up onto blue and purple fire and allow that to dissolve and turn stagnant pieces into ashes as it floats down into the center of the earth. On your vertebrae, Just sit one on top of another as you sit straight with shoulders down, Arms relaxed, Chin tucked in, Breathing in this beautiful fire. Breathing in and out. Breathing in and out. Allowing yourself to sink into the center of the earth, Allowing beautiful bright white light to shine through the skies of your highest self into your forehead. Allowing that bright white light to shower over you, Cleaning and cleansing and absorbing all different parts of this higher version of yourself. Beautiful. Now I want you to imagine in your mind's eye many different timelines in your life, Long pieces of timelines scattered across a piece of space. And in one of the timelines lies a version of you that has and holds all of your dreams and all of which you're capable of at this particular moment or even beyond. Whatever you wish for, Whatever you want, Allow yourself to find that timeline where you already have all of what you are and all of the accumulated potential that you have that makes you feel everything that you want to feel right now and have all of the things or beingness that you can be and you desire to be right now. You don't have to know exactly what that is and if you have an intention and you have a desire and you have a wish, You may find that timeline and that space that has had that intention and wish and dream and goal already come true. I want you to find that in your own conscious and subconscious mind asking the support of all your guides and all the universal support. I want you to bring that timeline to your space and allow yourself to float right above it. Whenever you can see it right below you, I want you to imagine yourself dropping down into the place of where you have, You are, And you're being, Doing, And having all that you have. These desires are true. As you land in that timeline and that space and time, That parallel timeline, I want you to feel what it feels like to walk in this version of you, What it feels like to breathe through the nose of this you, What it feels like to think and move and see and hear when you already have what you want. You already have, It's all here for you. Breathe into that and breathe into it. See what you see in your surroundings. What do you see? What are you doing? What are you seeing? What are you experiencing in this time and space? I want you to also notice that the past and all the moments in your entire timeline now are shifting and different pieces are rearranging it, Rearranging so that this becomes the dominant timeline that you are walking on. See all of the pieces. You don't have to know what they are. Feel everything rearranged and everything new. Feel everything new, Past memories perhaps being added and maybe even new, Complete potential being added as well. Breathe into these potentials as you fully absorb what is here for you. We want you to turn the colours and the sounds and the emotions and expand those intention or those intended emotions by a hundred times. Maybe it's joy that you're feeling. Maybe it's full abundance. Maybe it's being a full service with ease, Trust. We're seeing and attracting all of the love and all of the people who you're meant to work with in your life into your life today. Notice what limiting beliefs that you have shed in this place. Allow that to fall away and fly into the fires in the version of you in the past. Allow all of the pieces that did not believe in this. As you look into the past of all the past timelines to have all of the limiting beliefs and all of the obstacles that can be easier to shed to rise. Allow all of the pieces in every timeline that need support to be clear to rise as you float above this timeline and take a look at everything. Now allow a big huge blue and purple fire with the highest intentions to clear all obstacles. So breathing in those blue and purple fires and have yourself clean and clear all pieces that stop you from every timeline. And continue doing so until you feel that it all melts away. Allow all self doubt to rise and let it zoom out into the center of the earth. In the middle, Peace in front of you. Sophie. . I want you to also allow any and all other limiting ideas or pieces that may prevent this specific outcome to come true, To rise to the forefront from every single timeline, And also be thrown into this pit of blue and purple fire as you stand strong, As an observer in the timeline in which you want to be in. Allowing every sound to allow you to go deeper and deeper, To release and ground, Elderit How Geo Allow all of your pieces and all of yourself in this particular timeline to slip and to wiggle back into the present moment in the timeline that you have the desired outcome and your results that you have. Back and slide back into the right present moment, Embodying who you are and who you be in this version of yourself and anchor that down. Knowing that you can always do this meditation again. It's best done every two days or every couple of days. To remain connected to this resonance of you. Whenever you're ready, We open your eyes, Grounding yourself in your surroundings. And also write in the comments from a scale of one to ten, Where were you in the intentions of the meditation before? And where are you now? How do you feel about those intentions now?
