Alright so take a seat and begin just stretching yourself out a little bit.
Allowing your body to relax into position,
In your meditation position.
Allowing your body to slowly come to the space chucking away everything in the past,
Any thoughts and any overwhelming ideas in the past.
Put it all in the past.
You don't have to think about it,
You don't have to worry about it.
This is your time now.
And everything that you need to think about in the future just throw it all in the future.
And allow it just like a stack of paper just flying into the future and flying into the past whatever is in your consciousness right now.
And any sounds you hear just allow that to be the soundtrack of this messy mind that can just allow you to relax deeper and deeper within just allowing that to kind of flow through you with your breath.
Allowing your shoulders to relax stacking vertebrae on vertebrae and your neck as well to stack right on top of your spine.
Sliding your shoulders down as if they're pockets beneath them.
And allowing the sirens to wake up any parts of your body that have tension and breathe into the tension.
The sirens of your body allowing that to resonate through and remove any tension as you breathe into the sounds and you release it with your out breath.
Allowing your back to relax.
Sliding your ribcage inwards drawing your belly upwards.
And allowing yourself to imagine a golden white column going all the way from the top of the skies all the way to the bottom of the earth big white column of infinite light that contains not only your highest form of leadership,
Personal leadership but also the most empowered form of you.
The part of you that knows and can do everything that's in alignment with what you think and what you see.
The part of you that is in flow doing exactly what is needed to create a harmonious environment in which you work in,
In which you interact in.
So breathe that into your body.
And release.
Let it magnify within you and again.
And release.
And allow anything that is small,
Anything that doesn't resonate with this to sink into the bottom of the earth.
From this big white root into the center of the earth.
Allowing your lower back to be breathed into.
And allowing that to also relax and release all the tension.
All the things that you need to keep track of.
Release it for this moment.
Allowing blue and purple flames rising from below.
Engulfing your entire being.
Burning away not only the things inside of you but the things around you.
In your energy field,
In your conscious field,
In your information field.
Anything that comes in contact with you that creates friction,
That creates delays.
Whatever is able to be burnt away,
Whatever is able to be cleared,
Allow these blue and purple flames to clear it by breathing the flames in.
And release.
Breathing the flames in again.
And release.
And breathing in again.
Allowing every single fiber of your being to allow these flames to run through and to really burn through any unnecessary thought patterns.
Any old sensations or senses of I need to be smaller.
That I am in any way shape or form.
Not right.
Small.
Any sensation of not good enough to have a voice released.
Any and all forms conscious or unconscious.
If I don't have the skills to do what I need to do to manage upwards.
To communicate my needs with people who are more experienced.
Who I respect.
Release any resistances or any unconscious potential ties that may hold you back from creating your desired outcome to be released.
Any fears of sharing the truth and the clarity of what you see.
Breathe into any of those conscious or unconscious fears.
Rational or irrational.
Doesn't matter.
And allow that to come into the forefront of you.
And continuously breathing in and out to release any and all fears.
Into a big dark circle in front of you.
Anything that prevents you from working in your best way.
Delivering your best work with ease.
Confidence.
An organized fashion that helps the greater good.
Breathe into that and release it into the circle in front of you.
With every breath you take,
Welcome that white light in.
And every out breath releasing any resistances to your desired outcome.
Conscious or unconscious.
Letting them light up wherever they are located in your body or in your mind.
Just let it light up.
And using your breath release them into the circle.
Any and all things that may harm you.
Any and all things that may slow you down.
Any and all things that needs to be resolved,
Released.
Allow that to come through.
Invite everything that wants to be let go of to come through.
Letting them light up wherever they are located in your body or in your mind.
With every breath you take,
Welcome that white light in.
And every out breath releasing any resistances to your desired outcome.
Conscious or unconscious.
Letting them light up wherever they are located in your body or in your mind.
Any and all things that may harm you.
Any and all things that may slow you down.
Letting them light up wherever they are located in your body or in your mind.
Any and all things that may harm you.
Any and all things that may slow you down.
Letting them light up wherever they are located in your body or in your mind.
Any and all things that may harm you.
Any and all things that may slow you down.
I want you to allow yourself to draw up a timeline of you and your entire past.
However far that may go.
And allow yourself to see.
Are there any events like a string of beads passing from now all the way into the past.
Are there any events that may contribute to you not being able to fully show up in the way that you can be in flow,
Organization and creating the change that you want to see.
Without needing to know what they are allowing this timeline that looks like a string of beads all the way from now into the past to rise up a little black dot above each and every moment that may contribute any items that may stop you from moving forward in a transformed and more powerful way.
Nod if you see that bead.
I want you to now travel along that line of beads all the way until you cannot see any more beads to the very first one.
Travel all the way above the very first one and look behind it and if there are more keep going backwards.
Continue going backwards if there are more.
And nod if you got to the very last one.
In a moment we are going to sink down into that bead and you are just going to absorb whatever there is for you in that moment.
It doesn't matter what it is.
Allowing yourself to look around this place in your mind's eye or feel what you feel if you don't see anything.
And notice that this is a place that your unconscious mind is letting you know that has some form of resistance and contributes in some way to your desired outcome.
It doesn't matter if you see or not see what it is.
But breathe it all in.
And release any tensions and any misunderstanding in this area out into the big black hole.
I want you to breathe in all the learnings that you can possibly absorb in this moment.
And releasing any negativity.
So breathing in all the resistances and all the effects that may have caused negative repercussions or negative influence in you.
With no judgment,
With no feelings of attachment.
Just allow yourself to breathe whatever it is in and out into the fire.
And again.
And out.
And out.
And out.
One last big breath to allow any other things that want to be digested in this portion.
Let the fire rage over it to cleanse it completely.
Now rise above that bead.
And take a look at all the black dots along all the way back to the present.
And in the moment I want to use you to use your breath to suck all of these beads up just like a vacuum cleaner.
And exhale it into this dark circle in front of you.
And as you're ready,
Begin sucking it all up all the way back to the present moment.
And then bring it in the circle in front of you.
Allowing all the learnings from all the events to pop up right into that black dot.
And all the gifts and learnings that you've received as well.
Allowing those to be absorbed by the negativity to be released.
One last big breath to allow any other things that want to be digested in this portion.
Now in a moment I want you to take that black ball in front of you and acknowledge it for what it is.
All the inherent and sometimes unconscious resistances,
Conscious ones as well.
That prevent us from being us.
That prevent us from being the ability to concentrate and be organized at the stake of other situations,
Release.
All the resistances release.
Breathe into that.
Breathe into all the feelings of unworthiness,
Potential.
Breathing in all the feelings of I can't do it as well as I want to do it.
Releasing that once and for all.
All the feelings of feeling dependencies and others.
Release.
And allow any and all other feelings that want to show up to be released to breathe into those.
And allow that to continue coming through.
Now look at the ball in front of you.
All the things that have stopped you before.
This tangled ball.
Notice what it looks like.
Notice what else wants to join it to release it.
And also notice it doesn't have to be here anymore.
Send it lots of appreciation for what it has once done for you.
Breathing in white light.
And embracing and covering up with white light.
And allowing the white light to run through it.
And set the white light on fire.
So that it burns magnificently from that light from above you.
Without that white fire.
Watch the fire turn purple and blue.
And watch it fall into the center of the earth all the way as ashes back into the soils.
You may use your hands to push the entire energy down.
To let it leave your field completely.
Leave your conscious place completely.
Breathing into the light and send it down.
And I want you to look at a timeline in your future once this is completed.
And I want you to imagine a future five years from now where you have everything that you want and this has already been done,
The things that you needed to do today.
And some of your bigger goals are even more accomplished as well.
You are in a position where you are flowing.
You are making the amount that you want to make.
You are leading the team you want to lead.
You're creating the reality and the impact.
You see the results in front of you play out.
You feel flow,
You feel organization,
You feel complete control.
Even if you don't have to control,
You still feel that everything is flowing harmoniously.
All the moving pieces are on way,
On track.
And you feel supported by your team.
You feel trust.
And you feel like this is the best team that you've ever had.
And you can't believe that you have done everything it takes to become the person who can create this reality.
I want you to be in that place and look back on your timeline at the person you were in the past who was struggling with the things you were struggling with today or in the past.
And I want you to send the knowledge and the experience that you have gained throughout the years to that person.
On how to become better,
On how to grow faster,
To how they can accelerate and evolve into the being that they can possibly be.
How they can embrace these challenges of growth and rise to the challenge.
I want you to send the strength and the perspective that you have in this future version of you.
And garnering all the strengths and all the perspective of all of those that you admire.
All of those people who have this ability.
I want you to breathe into that as well.
As you sprinkle it across all the beads that lead back to the present moment from this future leading back into the moment in time.
And sprinkle it all across to let it manifest in due time.
Blow it towards you.
And then in a moment I want you to come back to this present moment.
And receive all of that from your future.
In your body and in your soul so you can understand what it feels like when you are truly living breathing and vibrating at that 10 out of 10 desired outcome.

And really absorb this 10 out of 10 feeling inside of you.
As you come back to the present moment holding this.
Continuously expanding this field.
Wiggling your toes and your arms and your body stretching it out.
As you receive this feeling of centered strength.
Understanding that you can do things and orchestrate things and allow things to naturally fall in place and that this is the structure and the flow that is most beneficial as long as you honor your truth and are able to share that.
To invite others to also be on this path and this form and this structure to work towards the same goal.
Breathe into that confidence and whatever that may inspire and breathing to the courage that it takes to step up or through or simply just be whatever it takes for your desired outcome.
And whenever you're ready open your eyes and take a couple of breaths.
And send a big white root down the center of the earth to ground this energy into the center of the earth.
Allowing these roots to continuously grow down and deep within to connect you with the earth as you continue your day today with flow and conviction.
